About: Hi there — I go by Lio (she/her)! I grew up with a Jack Russell and later lived with a Cavalier King Charles puppy, then a reactive rescue Brittany Spaniel for 3 years before moving to LA. I’ve been hands-on with everything from potty training to reading canine body language, and I’m very comfortable adapting to each dog’s personality. I’ve also lived with a British Longhair cat for 3 years, so I’m used to caring for both dogs and cats in the same household. Most of the animals around me growing up were rescues, often with a bit of sensitivity, so I naturally developed a calm, patient approach. I’ve worked with a wide range of dogs — from shy or reactive to high-energy breeds (herding, hunting and hounds). I’ve also dogsat for a year through Pawshake and currently volunteer at the Pasadena Humane Society. I'm especially experienced in sensitive and reactive pups. I've cared for rescues and street dogs, and will make sure I show them love while respecting their boundaries! I currently work from home during weekdays, and will have most of the day to pamper and play with your pet. I am available all weekend for overnights. Giving space, making sure I give out respect, patience and care. The most important aspect for me is to be attuned to them. Understanding their language, making sure they are comfortable 100% of the time. Regular potty breaks, grooming if needed, and a stress-free environment.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs ever since I can remember growing up I had boxer, pit bull terrier mix, and border collie retriever mix. I can provide a safe and loving environment for all of your fur baby's needs. From pet sitting to short or long walks i’ve got experience with it all. I’m currently a full time student but have the flexibility of being completely online. I’m available mostly anytime for services throughout the week. Please message me to double check my availability before booking. I'd love to take care of your fur babies how ever you need. Making sure they are in a safe & loving environment is my top priority.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages before, from terriers to Scotch collies. These dogs have ranged in age as well, with some being as young as 1-3 and the oldest being 15. I make sure to communicate frequently to ensure pets receive thoughtful and fun care that is also respectful of their boundaries. I’m a teacher and currently on summer break, so my time for pet care is pretty open and prioritized right now! Rover is my primary focus at the moment, so let’s chat about some care for your pet! Whenever in a new environment, I make sure to inspect all possible exits or potential areas for danger or risk for pets. Additionally, respecting your home and your boundaries is a top priority of mine! I don’t use things unless I’ve asked about them and will communicate if a situation ever arises. I don’t have boarding as an option at the moment, but if that ever changes, pet safety and comfort is always a priority!

About: Probably my biggest flex as a person is that ALL animals LOVE me. I always feel so blessed and honored that animals receive me so warmly and readily. I have taken care of a wide array of animals! From fish, to cockatiels, cats, dogs, and a few reptiles!! I loveeeee all animals and have a biology degree that's afforded me so great knowledge on the veterinary realm! I work remotely so I'm available for a house sitting / checks in's and walks, whenever! About: Hello! I grew up with dogs, have had my own dogs, and just love animals all around. I had to put my pup down recently and really miss that regular fur baby interaction. I would love to hang with your doggie and give them snuggles while you’re not around :) I am an interior designer and I work mainly from home. I have ample free time during most days for a lovely neighborhood walk or babysit with your pupper. I can do whatever is your preference really. I’m happy to hang with your doggo for a bit inside your home and also walk them!

About: I have been taking care of animals my entire life. I want to spend more time with animals! Dogs love me! Peace love and animals I am currently taking a break from cooking professionally and would like to spend my time with dogs and cats! They are truly my first love in life and animals always love me. I have a very comfortable, calm, and quiet home environment. There are no loud noises or traffic to bother your little (or big) loved ones nap time. I have a gated balcony that is safe and offers a very sunny and safe spot for them to soak up the sun.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a child. I currently have a 10 year old Shiba Inu named Velma. I pet sit my friend’s dogs all of the time. Dogs love me. :) My schedule is open most of the time. I’m a real estate agent, so in between human clients, I work with dog clients. I’m excited to make new furry friends. I have a single family home with a good sized yard. Velma runs around and sun bathes all day. When she is not doing that she is asleep on the couch.

About: Hello! In 2017 I met my first friendly street cat which sent me on a journey from “strict dog person” to “cat lady.” I have since adopted two cats, Bean and Raisin, and fostered more than a dozen adult cats and kittens. I also work closely with an organization doing TNR in my community--trapping neighborhood cats and spay/neutering them. I have a 2nd bedroom that I use as both my office and cat zone with toys if your cat needs his/her own space but am also a friendly home for a rambunctious cat. Bean is very passive and chill, while Raisin just wants to make friends and play. I’m a trusted cat mom and foster mom and will cuddle your fur babies just like you would if you were home with them! I know how important it is to a pet parent's peace of mind while away from their animal to know how they're doing so I always make sure I send pictures and regular updates. Please note that due to my cats, I only board other cats in my home—no dogs. And I only board one client at a time. Rover doesn't give the opportunity to specify this. I can do drop ins for other animals in your home no problem! I work from home and can occasionally have period of hiatus from work with lots of free time to dedicate to doing drop ins and being there for any boarding guests. I am very strict about indoors only for cats given my history with TNR. Also because I'm an experienced trapper, if somehow your cat escapes my care, I have the skills and equipment and knowledge to get them back for you. I don't leave boarding guests alone with my cats without supervision, even when sleeping, unless enough time has passed that I can trust them all together.

About: I have been volunteering for doggy daycares since I was 11. I volunteered at the pound for about 2 years, helping with special care, walks, and pet adoption. I've also been trained in proper dog walking etiquette as well. I've done a few overnights, but my experience lyes in dog sitting and dog walking. I have worked with disabled pups and follow special care instructions very well. I'm great with multiple dogs at a time ranging in different sizes.
