About: Hi there — I go by Lio (she/her)! I grew up with a Jack Russell and later lived with a Cavalier King Charles puppy, then a reactive rescue Brittany Spaniel for 3 years before moving to LA. I’ve been hands-on with everything from potty training to reading canine body language, and I’m very comfortable adapting to each dog’s personality. I’ve also lived with a British Longhair cat for 3 years, so I’m used to caring for both dogs and cats in the same household. Most of the animals around me growing up were rescues, often with a bit of sensitivity, so I naturally developed a calm, patient approach. I’ve worked with a wide range of dogs — from shy or reactive to high-energy breeds (herding, hunting and hounds). I’ve also dogsat for a year through Pawshake and currently volunteer at the Pasadena Humane Society. I'm especially experienced in sensitive and reactive pups. I've cared for rescues and street dogs, and will make sure I show them love while respecting their boundaries! I currently work from home during weekdays, and will have most of the day to pamper and play with your pet. I am available all weekend for overnights. Giving space, making sure I give out respect, patience and care. The most important aspect for me is to be attuned to them. Understanding their language, making sure they are comfortable 100% of the time. Regular potty breaks, grooming if needed, and a stress-free environment.
“Jana is the best! Gordy has a lot of energy but also tuckers out quick, she's great at observing where he's at and going gentle when he needs it but also reving up when he can use it”

About: Raised around the world and proudly served in the US Coast Guard (Honorably Discharged)from 1990-98. I’m now rooted in the Montecito Heights area for the last 20 years. I’ve never known life without a furry family member by my side. I understand how much your four-legged companion means to you. I treat every pet with the same love, safety, and respect I’d give my own. I bring hands - on experience in puppy potty training, senior pet care and bath time- having lovingly cared for our own elderly pets through every stage of life. Whether you have a brand new pup who needs a little extra patience or a seasoned senior who deserves extra TLC, your furry family member is in good hands here! I am retired and my calendar is wide open to the loving care of your four legged friend(s). I am currently working to help save money to send my daughter to college . Our home has a fence with a metal security barrier to prevent little pups from getting out and we have a yard. Our pets are safe and well loved. I will treat your furry friends the same as if they were my own- with respect and care.
“Sarah has proven to be reliable, communicative and trustworthy time and time again. Couldn’t be more satisfied with her service AND I know PJ gets a great walk each time! Sarah will continue to be our go to for as long as she is available.”

“Emily has walked our dog Otis many times now and we couldn’t recommend her more! She’s super reliable, very responsive, and has come through on very short notice for us many times now.”
About: I’ve had dogs since I was a child. I currently have a 10 year old Shiba Inu named Velma. I pet sit my friend’s dogs all of the time. Dogs love me. :) My schedule is open most of the time. I’m a real estate agent, so in between human clients, I work with dog clients. I’m excited to make new furry friends. I have a single family home with a good sized yard. Velma runs around and sun bathes all day. When she is not doing that she is asleep on the couch.

About: Hello! I grew up with dogs, have had my own dogs, and just love animals all around. I had to put my pup down recently and really miss that regular fur baby interaction. I would love to hang with your doggie and give them snuggles while you’re not around :) I am an interior designer and I work mainly from home. I have ample free time during most weekdays (and some weekends) for a lovely neighborhood walk with your pupper. I can do whatever is your preference really. I’m happy to hang with your doggo for a bit inside your home and also walk them!
About: I am a professional pet sitter and I co-own my own business with my mom called Petagree Pet Sitting and have dedicated my time to taking care of animals for over 30 years. I have been pet sitting for over ten years and I am looking to expand now that I have graduated college with Bachelor's degree in Business Management. I provide in-home pet and plant care, administer medications, monitored pet behavior, and manage routine care. I walk dogs, care for all animals types, water plants, pick up mail, administer medications and manage home security systems. I am currently working part time and can make my own schedule. I am already a professional pet sitter so pet care is a priority in my routine. I ensure that the homeowner's house remains safe by managing security systems, turning on and off lights, closing blinds, and ensuring all doors and windows are locked. I also pick up mail, bring in trash cans, and water plants inside and out.
About: Cat and dog lover with a 6 year old cat of my own who is part lover boy and part former linebacker. Experienced with cats and dogs from jr to sr. I have a flexible schedule so can often be available as needed and can lock in specific times/etc for consistency and ease. Inquire within! :) Respectful of your home and space and here to help provide some care and love to your pets while you’re away. For any pets being cared for at my place, lots of comfy napping spots inside, and a small gated garden area for supervised outdoor play.
About: My top priority is making sure each pet feels not just safe, fed, and hydrated—but loved. I understand that time feels different for animals than it does for humans. When their owner is away for days or weeks, it can feel like forever to them. I provide comfort, companionship, and affection to ensure they feel safe, secure, and well cared for until their family returns. Sticking to routines and instructions as provided. Morning walks, playtime, feeding, and snuggles. Spending time and learning your pets personality and catering to that. Ensuring they are safe, protecting them from anything harmful, and maximizing your pets health. I like to give your pet plenty of space to get comfortable and check me out before we start interacting—that way, trust can grow naturally. I always follow your instructions and will reach out if I have any questions. I also take care to keep your home clean and free of anything that could be unsafe, so your pet feels secure and well cared for. In your home, I follow your routine, keeping your pet comfortable and maintaining consistency with walks, meals, and snuggles.
About: I use positive reinforcement methodology with your loved ones while I Walk them or when I come check on them at your place. I accommodate your dog's need based on their personality, and characteristics. I think each dog is their own special being and it is important to explore their interests and potentials individually. For walking: during our walks, I do walks around your neighborhood, or take your dog to their favorite trail for a hike for more mental stimulation and physical activity. Paws will get wiped upon request. I like to return them clean and ready for a nap. Drop in visits: I check on your loved one in your own house while you have to be at work or can't show up for your little one. I provide playtime, walks, and I keep up with their training as requested. For instance, I do obedience exercises for mental stimulation. I am experienced with puppies, adults, seniors, and dogs with special need. Schedule a meetup for free! during our meetup session, I will ask about your dog's habits, what they love, what they are sensitive about, their triggers or a behavior I should know. I also check in about any food allergies as they will receive some delicious treats when they are with me! I am a freelance artist and my schedule is flexible. Spending time with dogs on my free time is rewarding and energizing, and I currently have a lot of free time! In my experience, dogs (Specially if they are nervous) do best when there is a routine. When I check on your dog, I start and end with certain activities, and I repeat them next time they see me, that way a sense of trust is getting built between us, because they already expect what is about to happen.
“Giselle was great! Super friendly and took great care of Sora! Loved the updates and pictures I received from her! I knew Sora was in good hands! I highly recommend her!”

“My fear reactive senior chi-terrier mix met Lori (out of the house) and was like, oh hi, like they'd known each other for years. And when we returned to the house my year old maltipoo who usually barks at everyone was also like, oh hi. Will this always be the case everytime with every dog or even everytime with my dogs - I cannot guarantee that - but I attributed this first calm meet and great behavior to Lori's kind, calm, dog-lover vibe. :)”

Mount Washington dog parents share their Rover experiences
Alyssa was incredible!! She was very very communicative, asked a lot of great questions to make sure my Bowie got the best care possible. She was always right on time for her walks with him. I felt very very safe leaving my Bowie in her care. I would 1000% use her again

Michelle was the best thing for rookie, she made sure to help him feel comfortable and confident around other dogs as he has gotten so much better with reactivity. She updated me on how he was progressing and made me feel comfortable leaving him in her care :) 10/10 would recommend !!
Very impressed! My Doberman Pharoah is not easy to walk because he has very high energy. Tizoc had my dog healing during their walk as they returned. He had him totally under control. Beyond happy with Tizoc’s services. Will definitely be using him again! Highly recommend for larger High energy dog breeds.

Sarah and David, I am very impressed with their professionalism and how they take care of my pup. They first had a meet and greet. My dog was very comfortable with them. I shared with them that my pup can be reactive and pulls. After their first walk, they shared that he was a good boy and sent pictures. I was so happy to hear! I highly recommend them as dog walkers!
