About: Raised around the world and proudly served in the US Coast Guard (Honorably Discharged)from 1990-98. I’m now rooted in the Montecito Heights area for the last 20 years. I’ve never known life without a furry family member by my side. I understand how much your four-legged companion means to you. I bring hands - on experience in puppy potty training, senior pet care and bath time- having lovingly cared for our own elderly pets through every stage of life. Our home has a fence with a metal security barrier to prevent little pups from getting out and we have a yard. Our pets are safe and well loved. Here's what that looks like: • My home is clean, secure, and set up with pets in mind (no hazards, plenty of cozy spots) • I follow your pet's regular schedule — feeding, walks, potty breaks, medication, and rest • I only take a small number of pets at a time, so each one gets individual attention • I send daily photos and updates so you can see exactly how they're doing For safety, I'm careful about introductions between pets, keep the environment calm, and never leave pets unsupervised in risky situations. About: I've had pets my whole life and got a lot of experience with different personalities through fostering and volunteering with rescues such as BFLA. I also have a lot of experience with pets who need regular medication. I work at home with a flexible schedule. I have the ability to take care of your pet whether it's for a few hours, a day, or more! I have a very friendly dog and cat. I have a gated house with an outdoor area but no grass or dirt. If boarding at mine, the pet will need to be friendly with my own pets.

About: I raised my 2 mini schnauzers from puppyhood through their twilight years and loved every second of it. We made many other dog friends along the way, including the occasional sleepover. I work remotely from home, so it’s easy for me to adapt to whatever schedule your dog is used to! I travel for 2-3 weeks in the year around (but typically not during) holidays. My apartment complex is gated with great walking areas for the community’s many pets. A public park is just next door with hiking trails for higher energy pups. I also have extra beds, crates, leashes, bowls, and toys if you forget yours or prefer not to haul them around.
