About: I grew up with cats and have always loved animals, but dogs have my heart these days — I have a 4-year-old dog of my own. Due to a recent life change, I only have him with me a couple of weeks a month, and I miss having a dog around way more than I expected. That’s what brought me to Rover — I want to fill that gap by giving another pup the love and attention I’d normally be giving mine. I have hands-on experience with puppies as well as small to mid-size dogs. I live in a multi-family home in Silver Lake with a fenced yard, in a walkable neighborhood that’s great for daily walks and sniff breaks. I also have the flexibility to work from home, so when I have a dog in my care, I’ll be around at home. I’m flexible most days of the week. Since I have the option to work from home, I’m able to be with your dog all day. I live in a multi-family home with a fenced yard in a walkable Silver Lake neighborhood — great for daily walks and outdoor time. Before any dog comes to stay, I make sure to dog-proof the space, putting away anything they might be able to reach or get into, so it’s a safe environment from the moment they arrive.

About: Hey there! We're Tom and Sharanya. We're dog lovers and lifelong caretakers of our families' pets. Our adorable dog Zoe is Chihuahua/Spaniel rescue with anxiety. We understand the unique challenges that come with anxiety-prone dogs, and Zoe has taught us valuable lessons in patience, empathy, and creating a calm and soothing environment. If you have a dog with a similar temperament, we'll be sure to accommodate them. Both of us work from home, though one of us may occasionally go into the office. Even so, there will always be someone at home to look after your dog. We ensure daily walks and engaging activities to keep dogs happy and active - just let us know your dog’s walking schedule and we will stick to it as best we can! We can also administer oral medicine as our own dog needs to take a daily pill. In our care, every dog is treated as a cherished member of our family. We take the time to understand their unique personalities, preferences, and quirks, ensuring a personalized and loving experience. We will always go the extra mile to make sure your fur baby is getting the affection and care that they need.

About: I have my own dog, an American Hairless Terrier, she is 11 years old and 10.5, she lives with me. My first dog appeared when I was 9 years old, and it was my dog, I took care of her myself. I have a lot of free time in the morning while my daughter is at school. Therefore, I can take care of your pets from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. I live in an apartment and have a friendly dog. I'm willing to walk your pet in your neighborhood or take him to the park.

About: I had an English Cocker Spaniel growing up, as well as a Miniature Schnauzer that lives back in Russia with my parents, who is now 17 years old! :) I lived with a Shiba Inu for the first few months of his life and know their personality really well. I always happily take care of my friends’ dogs when they’re away. I have extensive experience with Spaniels, Miniature Schnauzers, Cavapoos, Shiba Inu, Dalmatians and others, as you may see in the photos. I work from home, 8-4 PST, Monday to Friday, and happy to keep a dog company while at it - he’ll do the same for me! I live in an apartment, no yard, I’d never leave the dog out of sight. While on a walk, the dog would always be on a leash.

About: I’ve both owned and sat for dozens and dozens of dogs over the years. I’ve been going to the Silverlake Dog Park for more than 30 years. I can board daytime and overnight and can work with you to make your pet's stay as enjoyable as possible. I’m mostly retired and am rarely away from home for more than 2 hours. I take pet sitting very seriously and treat my dog visitors like family. I have a fenced yard with gate closers. There is a pool available to dogs that enjoy it - but only if I’m supervising . I can do feedings and administer meds if required.

About: I have a full house with a large fully enclosed backyard. Living in the Silverlake hills makes every walk interesting and malleable from easy to challenging. On top of that I am minutes from Griffith Park and know Angelino National Forest very well, my old dog and I used to walk/hike/adventure there a lot. I would love to share trails with your tails.

About: I've had pets my whole life and got a lot of experience with different personalities through fostering and volunteering with rescues such as BFLA. I also have a lot of experience with pets who need regular medication. I work at home with a flexible schedule. I have the ability to take care of your pet whether it's for a few hours, a day, or more! I have a very friendly dog and cat. I have a gated house with an outdoor area but no grass or dirt. If boarding at mine, the pet will need to be friendly with my own pets.
