Isatu was thoughtful to first preface the stay with a meet and greet with the other dogs under her care, so that my pup would feel comfortable interacting with them during his stay. Her space is closed off and there is ample room for the dogs to play, and my dog was happy and tired after we picked him up. Isatu was so accommodating, especially for our early wakeup call and unexpectedly late pickup. My dog also has a ton of energy and wound up jumping into her small pond a few times, and Isatu even made sure to rinse him off. Thanks for taking him in for the day, Isatu!”

Best experience! We were very hesitant to leave our dog with anyone as we have never boarded him before. Although we used Rover once in a different city, with satisfactory results. Upon immediately meeting Jae Woun, we knew we made the right choice. She was so warm and friendly, immediately taking a liking to our dog, Sam. Jae Woun also sent us pictures of her apartment and outdoor space, which helped put us at ease. We all know and I am sure that you can relate with me, that when are dealing with your pet is like giving your own child to a complete stranger. There are fears, worries and can also create stress hoping that the person you entrust with your treasure is honorable to care your pet as if it was their own. With Stephanie we were greeted with a smile, asked many question concerning our pet’s needs and gave us a feeling of complete calmness. She keep us updated with text and photos of their walks and daily activities. I am very impressed with Stephanie and will use her again and encourage other to do the same.
My wife and I were in a tight bind trying to find someone who could take our boy Hoagie for daycare while we went out for the evening. Hoagie is an energetic 2 yr old husky mix (57 lbs) with severe separation anxiety. Isatu responded quickly with consistent communication, and was already out on a hound hike so we just dropped Hoagie off with her. Isatu has lots of experience with huskies, so I wasn’t concerned about our pup overwhelming her. Isatu has calm chill energy and you can tell she enjoys her pups. We’ll be hitting her up again for some daycare I’m sure!
Paul has become my go to rover sitter, so much so that I think my dogs are starting to remember him. He sends updates without me having to ask, he walks them even though I tell him it’s not required but definitely appreciated. I don’t even live that close to Paul but I will always travel to him to make sure my dogs have him as a sitter because he is that amazing! Saron has been amazing with my boy! He’s very energetic and needs a lot of stimulation, but he can also get anxious, so he needs someone patient and gentle. She managed to handle both sides of his personality amazingly. She followed all my detailed instructions and knowing he was well cared for made me feel at ease.
