Thanks for taking such great care of Polo and Pepita. Zac was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and sent us photos of the doggies during their stay, which we really appreciated. He also responded promptly when I checked in for updates. Our dog Pepita has a chronic cough due to a collapsed trachea, and Zac made sure she received her midday medication. If he’s up for it, we would absolutely trust him with our doggies again. 🐾
Ashley was absolutely amazing with my dog, Guinness! From the moment we dropped her off, Ashley made her feel comfortable and cared for. Guinness is usually super shy around new people, but Ashley’s calm, gentle energy won her over so quickly. She sent updates and photos throughout the visit, which really put me at ease… especially because I can be a bit of a helicopter dog mom.
