I work from home, so my schedule is flexible and pet care fits naturally into my day. I am an early riser and happy to take on morning walks, plus I can check in, feed, and play throughout the day rather than squeezing everything into a narrow window. This also means I can keep an eye on pets during hot afternoons and adjust activity levels as needed. I have open weekend availability as well. My loft apartment has plenty of open space, which is ideal for dogs of all sizes, including large breeds, to move around comfortably, and all my plants are pet safe. When pets stay with me, I keep a consistent routine of feeding, walks, and playtime, and I make sure the space is secure and free of hazards before they arrive. On walks, I stay attentive to the dog's pace, the weather, and their comfort level, especially during hot afternoons.
