Seung is wonderful. I came from out of town and Seung was so helpful and patient with me while I sorted out all of my details. My schedule kept changing right up to the very last minute and Seung was understanding and gracious. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a safe and reliable person to care for their pet!
Seung Yeon was excellent - I was in a pinch and had to find a day sitter last minute for my adolescent puppy. The fact that she was willing to do so on such short notice was exceptionally gracious of her. She provided thoughtful updates and photos to ease my anxiety. She has wonderful reviews and I’m glad to add mine to the list ! Will contact her again.
Seung yeon was very communicative and dropoff /pickup were super easy at her location. My anxious -prone pup seemed to feel comfortable.
This was my first time getting a dog sitter since moving to Los Angeles, and I was definitely nervous—especially since I was traveling abroad for a week without my little Yorkie. And I truly could not have chosen anyone better than Seung! From our very first meet and greet, my dog immediately gravitated toward her, which gave me so much peace of mind. Also every day while I was away, Seung sent updates, photos, and videos, and my dog always looked happy, comfortable, and completely at home! Seung is also incredibly friendly, has a lovely space, works from home, and doesn’t have a dog of her own, so your pup gets plenty of individual attention and care. I came home to a happy dog and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll absolutely be booking with Seung again. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your furry child, definitely book her!
Thank you so much for taking great care of our dog! Seong Yeon was very communicative and was able to take in our dog at the last minute. She sent us daily updates with photos as well. We will definitely use her again in the future!
