Hi! We volunteer with local animal nonprofits, and we see Rover as an extension of that passion project. Our Rover services help fund our volunteer work, including fostering dogs, 155 so far! We both work for ourselves from home six days a week and work as photographers about one day a week, so we’re able to build our daily schedules around the pets in our care. We have more than 10 years of experience caring for dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages, and personalities, including seniors and dogs with disabilities, newborn puppies who need bottle-feeding, and dogs and cats with medical needs. Your pet will have free rein of the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and office, and they’re welcome on the furniture or underneath it if that’s where they’re most comfortable. We don’t currently have pets of our own, so your pet can have the entire home to themselves if requested. We typically only host pets from one Rover family at a time, but we may host more than one family if everyone has been confirmed to be social and friendly. We also have a separate office where we can keep pets apart if needed, with one of us staying with them. We never give pets food or treats or crate them unless requested by their owner. Since we don’t have grass in our yard, all potty breaks are done on leashed walks. Thank you for considering having your pet stay with us! 🐶🐱🐷

Honey had such a great first day! Em was very communicative and sent plenty of photos, so I knew my girl was in good hands and getting lots of attention and exercise 🥰
Em and Taylor took our three kitties again for a night and as usual they did a great job taking care of them! Wonderful communication, and our fur babies were well cared for!
WOW. We are so so happy with Em and Taylor and the care they gave our 3 disabled cats. We had an emergency and needed to board our cats with someone last minute. Not only did Em and Taylor welcome our babies in on short notice, but they also were able to extend our booking when the emergency was extended. Our babies are disabled, but Em and Taylor handled them great, giving supplements and helping our paralyzed cat get around. We got lots of pictures and updates and I couldn't be more thrilled with the care our cats received.
Em + Taylor were great with my two young Chihuahua/Terrier pups. Great communication and they sent great, cute pics. We will be return customers for sure :).
First time using this app and seriously these were the best sitters I could have asked for!! They set the bar high! I was needing a sitter last minute as I traveled from Utah with my pup for my husband’s surgery in LA, and they responded so quickly and were able to help in this situation. I got pics throughout the day, which was great because I was so nervous about leaving Maserati with anyone at all. Thank you for putting me at ease! Xoxo
Em and Taylor are such pros!! They kept my Siberian husky entertained and stimulated while I was gone for the evening. She was very happy to be there! I received lovely photos. Plus the fact that they are so flexible was such a great benefit after another Rover cancelled on me. I highly recommend your dog in their care!

Schedule
We both work for ourselves from home so we make our schedules work around the dogs. In between walks, we typically sit with our dogs on the couch while working on a laptop.

We prioritize safety for all dogs by keeping our doors and gates closed, always keeping them on leash when outdoors, supervising them closely, and sending updates.
A typical day
Dogs rule our home, we prioritize their comfort and needs. We'll stick to whatever routine you already have for them while introducing them to new walks and smells and toys. They have plenty of beds and couches to choose from.
