Upon immediately meeting Jae Woun, we knew we made the right choice. She was so warm and friendly, immediately taking a liking to our dog, Sam. Jae Woun also sent us pictures of her apartment and outdoor space, which helped put us at ease. She sent pictures and videos daily, with updates on how Sam was doing, from his eating habits to his daily walks. Being new to LA, couldn't have asked for a better sitter. Thank you Jae Woun! I am always stressed out to find people who can watch Lucky, since he needs handlers who are experienced and knows dogs of his kind. He did wonderful with Jessica, and absolutely adored her. I could be at work peacefully, knowing how nicely they got along. She took good care of him, shared updates and Lucky was sad when she was leaving, which means that I have to get her help again soon.”
