Yiyan was flexible and communicative with a last-minute reservation during a holiday weekend. Riley had just had surgery, so I was extremely anxious having someone new watch him. Yiyan was extremely attentive to my needs for Riley, validating through pictures and updates multiple times a day. I could tell Riley was having fun, and my anxiety was lessened thanks to how well he was cared for. I will be booking again with Yiyan whenever she's available when I need someone to watch Riley.”
