Something came up last minute and he agreed to extend her stay without any issues, which was greatly appreciated. “Yuichi saves the day again! Paco had a seizure recently, and I no longer like to leave him home alone. I had to run out for a few hours last minute, and thankfully Yuichi took my last minute booking, and relieved me of any stress I might have. I knew that Yuichi would take excellent care of Paco and attend to all his needs, just like he did last time! I’m so thankful to have found a sitter that takes such amazing care of my baby, and of me! The pictures, updates, and communication give me the freedom to relax knowing my baby is healthy and happy while I’m away! Another lovely stay with Yuichi, and we will definitely be back! She took such great care of Wiley, was easy to communicate with, sent me daily photos, and updates, and was flexible with pick up/drop offs. “We unexpectedly needed our pug watched 2 hours before a baseball game we were going to and after I asked Zac if he was available to watch our boy, he responded quickly and was more than accommodating with our short notice. We dropped our boy off and let Zac know we weren’t 100% sure what time we’d be back to pick him up because you never know for sure when a game will end and again, Zac was totally understanding. “From the meet and greet to the long stay, Ina and Phillip always had great communication. They kept me updated daily and sent plenty of pictures and videos. They were very transparent and made sure to double check things like overlap with another dog, giving her a bath, and taking care of a little sore on her nose. I had no worries while I was away on vacation. Definitely recommend!”
