This was my 3rd booking with Grace and would be the longest (5 nights and 1 day), so I wanted to reiterate to Grace how important it was that she update me regularly and follow the detailed instructions that I left for her. I reminded her of this when I dropped off my dog off at 8am on 7/5/26. However, Grace went the entire last day of my booking without updating me once. To be a little more precise, it was 7pm and I hadn't heard from her the entire day. The booking was supposed to end between 7:30-8:00 pm. Mind you, I was flying back into town that day, so I wasn't able to reach out and inquire until I landed back in Los Angeles. After leaving the airport and dropping off my luggage, I messaged her (around 6:30pm) and got no response. I was heavily annoyed and decided to pick up my dog immediately. I called her as she didn't respond to my message inquiring if everything was ok since she hadn't updated me once the entire day. I also mentioned that I would be picking up the dog early. When she answered, she said "I'm sorry I butt dialed you" and she seemed out of it. It was obvious that she hadn't read my message as she was unaware that I was on my way to pick up the dog. When I picked up my dog, she presented me with my dog's bag drenched in water, saying that the water spilled inside. Also, at the start of the booking, I had reminded her to remember to CLOSE the zip lock bags that contained the dog's food and snacks because otherwise the food and snacks would dry up. (Grace left the zip lock backs open during the last overnight stay my dog had with her). When I opened up the dog's food pouch, the remaining dog food spilled out because NONE of the zip lock bags were closed. My dog is a senior dog and Grace was aware that my dog has arthritis and has to take medication. I do NOT believe she was giving the dog her medication because the dog has been severely limping since I've had her at home which only occurs is she doesn't take her medication. I unfortunately cannot recommend her as she doesn't understand how important it is to communicate regularly and also follow instructions.

Grace is so patient with Tuck. He is a blind doggy with high anxiety and takes such good care of him. She communicates well, provides updates and is always punctual. Great great great sitter!

Grace was very kind and welcoming to me and my senior dog upon arrival. She communicated well and accommodated my last minute requests. My dog was perfectly fine and in good spirits when I picked her up.

I have a senior and a puppy, and Grace was so in tune with both of their needs. Both of my dogs immediately warmed up to her. I could tell from all the pictures and videos Grace sent that my dogs were in wonderful hands. I felt very comfortable with them in her care. Grace even had a set of dog toys out ready for when my pups arrived! They loved her! I would highly recommend Grace to watch your fur-babies and would trust her again to be our go-to sitter ☺️

We were looking for last minute accommodations with special request for our dog who had a temporary skin condition and Grace was more than happy to help us within less than a weeks notice. She is super professional and provides daily updates with photos and you can tell from her energy she really loves dogs. She even had a set of dog toys ready for him to play with and has a small fenced area for sniffs!

Grace is the person I trust most in the world with any animal. She has a literal lifelong experience with not only pet ownership, but care of other people’s pets through adoption programs and working at a vets office. When she lived in Northern California, I would literally drive my dogs across the state to stay with her when I went on vacation. She is an expert at spoiling pets, often cooking creative treats from scratch. My pups were always impeccably cared for and spoiled in her care. You will not find anyone more responsible, reliable, and sure to keep your pets very happy. I travel with my mind at ease, knowing my animals are as happy as they can be.
