Frances made us feel comfortable by offering to meet first. She also arranged for us to meet with a dog (and its owner) who she would be sitting for at the same time as ours to make sure that our puppy would be comfortable and get along with the other dog. Frances was diligent in keeping us updated on our pet's activities while we were gone and she sent lots of pictures. It was a very good experience.”
