“Our first booking with Cassie and we couldn't be happier! We have a senior dog with a high-maintenance medical schedule and grooming needs. Cassie was diligent in preparing for his 7-night stay with her. She asked questions, as well as made her own additional notes and timetables to go with our printed instructions. Her place is is clean and tidy and she is very responsible and responsive. We also love that she is a genuinely nice person and easy to talk to! All very valuable attributes and difficult to find on Rover! She sent us daily updates with photos and videos. Leroy received lots of attention and snuggles. We felt at ease knowing our pup was in good hands. Leroy came back relaxed and clean, even with all the recent rains! Without a doubt, we would book with Cassie again! He was so patient with them, he also tried to understand the anxiety that our dogs were having due to the separation of the first day, he would always update us with pictures and videos which made us feel reassured while on a short vacation. “Ribika and Samuel were amazing at taking care of my pup, Pacha! My partner and I had to leave town for a work trip and plans for sitting her fell through last minute. We were in a panic and they were able to help us out on short notice. Pacha was sick with a cough and they were diligent about providing her with her medications, feeding her at her scheduled times, and overall cared for her like she was their own. Ribika and Samuel took many pictures of her and kept us posted when she wasn’t feeling well which we appreciated wholeheartedly.
