“Melissa is amazing! I can’t say enough about our experience. I would give her 6 stars if I could. We had a meet and greet and she was prepared with a file and paper to take notes on our pup and his needs. She is a registered vet technician and really understands dogs and their unique needs. For example, she will keep the small dogs and the large dogs apart and she’ll let each dog play separately together to get to know each other, and to contain them to what’s appropriate fun/stressful. She send lots of photos and communicated throughout and also reached out when she noticed our pups anxiety to ask for what was normal at home with us. She was accommodating at sleep time and tried multiple things to get our pup to calm down - (which he did!). She’s loving and cared for our pup like it was her own. We’ll be coming back for sure!!”

“Alison & Matt were amazing! We were looking for a sitter for our pup, Kaiya, as we had some weekend plans come up last minute and they were very flexible / accommodating! Communication was great, sent us updates, and when we picked up Kaiya she was happy & tired from having such a good time with them. “Najlaa took my baby boy in for a few weeks. She took time to learn his needs and set up a good spot for him (my cat has medical issues and requires a lot of extra work). Najlaa was amazing and communicated how things were going with him, including any potential issues. When I picked up my boy, he was in great spirits and obviously was comfortable during his stay.”

“Elaine took very good care of our Pongo and returned a happy and playful pup to us. She is very knowledgeable and also understanding of our unique ways (for example, we feed our pup food that requires refrigeration. She was willing to handle and did so with pleasure!). Pongo and his toys and bowls returned to us sparkling clean, which we struggle to accomplish ourselves. She was patient and kind when communicating with me, and I’m glad to know Pongo was in good hands. Thank you Elaine and your littles for taking such good care of Pongo! We truly appreciate it.”
