“I just had my first stay and I couldn’t been more happy with how it went. My last Rover sitter ghosted me after been with her for several stays, so I was very hesitant to try Rover again but man did I luck out with Camille. From my very first request, she responded immediately. We then set up a meet & greet. Her home is lovely and clean with a great big, fully fenced in backyard, which was critical for me as my small dog can fit through and under some fences. The neighborhood is great as well. Camille was so warm and kind and my dog seemed to really feel at home there. So, I immediately booked for 6 days. Then came the actual stay. Camille sent photos and videos and her response time was amazing. Bowie adapted well, ate well and seemed very happy there. She even allowed him on her couch and lap and bed. My dog was in heaven. She has great energy and I will definitely book with her again. Thank goodness I found such a great replacement, way better than the one I had before.”
“Marcelo and his wife were excellent with my 2 dogs. They followed my dogs' dietary instructions and sent pictures often. One of my dogs is anxious and the other is slow to warm up to people but both dogs were very comfortable around Marcelo and his wife. We will be leaving our dogs with Marcelo again.”

He sent me photos and daily check ins, and updated me about some behavior smokey was doing while he watched him. “Alina was an incredible sitter for my dog moose! he stayed with her over the july 4th holiday- moose is a rescue with some special needs, including fear of fireworks and other dogs. Alina treated moose with care and compassion, and she gave me honest updates if moose was struggling (without me needing to ask). it is such a relief to have found someone who seriously cares about moose and will go the extra mile to make sure he is cared for and that I know how he is doing!! I will definitely be hiring Alina again, and would recommend her to any dog owner, especially those who might need a little extra support.”

“Basilio is truly amazing. From the very first moment and in a complicated situation for us, we felt that Basilio was the right person to entrust our Zoe in her first experience without us. Basilio always had the best comments and advice for better care of Zoe, he made an effort to provide her with an adequate environment so that Zoe felt at home. He even gradually tried to improve the way Zoe socialized with both people and dogs. In addition, he always tried to maintain regular communication to inform us how Zoe was doing, always sending us photos and videos of her adaptation. I can say without fear of being wrong that Zoe found her angel in Basilio and someone we definitely recommend with our eyes closed. Basilio will always go the extra mile to give your furry children the best care and attention they deserve! He will ALWAYS be the best decision for your pet's care! She was very organized and communicated very well. Riggs had an amazing time and I’m sure he’s excited to go back next time 😊

This was my first Rover booking. I was so nervous because I just didn’t know what to expect and sometimes I feel that my dogs require more than the average dog. I was very happy that my dogs were so eager to go with Carola. They don’t react this way at their usual groomer. I believe that your animals are the most intuitive and feel all of the energies. This gave me a lot of confidence in leaving them with someone who is technically a stranger. Carola was so communicative with drop off and pick up and I am definitely going to have my dogs go back to her in the future. Thank you so much Carola! My babies loved staying with you.
We had a wonderful experience with Alina! Everything went perfectly, and we felt completely at ease leaving Ami in her care while we were away in Sequoia. Ami was happy, relaxed, and settled in very quickly, which is very unusual for her since she normally has a hard time when we leave. It was clear that she felt safe and comfortable. She absolutely adored Alina and her husband, especially her husband! When we picked Ami up, he arrived while we were saying goodbye, and Ami was just as excited to see him as she usually is to see us. That says everything about how loved and well cared for she was. We’re so grateful for the amazing care and would absolutely trust Alina with Ami again. Highly recommend!
I couldn't have asked for a better sitter for my terrier, Laidy. She has severe separation anxiety and becomes very depressed when she's away from me, so leaving her for a week was something I was really worried about. From the moment Laidy arrived, it was clear she was in caring and capable hands. Savannah was incredibly diligent, observant, and compassionate. She paid close attention to Laidy's needs, made sure she got plenty of walks, and did an amazing job helping manage her anxiety. Most importantly, she gave Laidy so much love and attention that she truly felt at home. The updates and care she provided gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I'm beyond grateful for the kindness and dedication Savannah showed my dog. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet like family.
Sarah was great with our dog Ryder who had some extra separation anxiety while staying with her for the first time and kept her up at night- especially during the 4th of July weekend with fireworks etc. Sarah was communicative about this so we could help problem solve and work towards a solution for the remainder of Ryder’s stay. She was also flexible with pick up and drop off times. Would love to book with her again if she is open to it!
As always, Kate and Aaron are very attentive to Arizona. She comes back happy. This time when I was dropping her off she didn’t even run after me when I was leaving and that says a lot. Kate brushed her, washed her paws, administrated daily medication and carefully attended all of her needs. Couldn’t be happier!
Kourosh was amazing. This was my first time dropping off my dog with him, so naturally I was a little nervous. We had a meet and greet and my dog didn’t even bark at him (which is not like him at all). Ollie absolutely loved Kourosh and bonded very easily with him. Kourosh was great about sending me updates and photos. He’s had dogs in the past so he was very understanding about Ollie’s needs and wants. He even went out of his way to make my him food when my dog wasn’t eating his regular kibble which was extremely thoughtful. I appreciate Kourosh’s kindness and communication so much.
