“Let me start by saying Anastasia was amazing! First time going on vacay while having my dog so I had no idea what to expect with my dogs behavior. I had originally made arrangements for my dog and those arrangements had to be canceled and I needed another alternative. So I looked into Rover and I was so nervous and desperately needed someone last minute to watch my dog. She was so quick to respond and arrange whatever necessary and she took all steps to make sure both my dog and I were comfortable. She provided me with photos and updates on my dogs behavior and any positive changes he made since my dog does have separation anxiety. “We have only left our dog with anyone else once, nearly a year after adopting him. It was a disaster because of his severe separation anxiety. When we met Sandi and her husband Jeff the first time, our dog was very relaxed and more friendly and affectionate than he ever is with new people. He seemed very comfortable in their home and their yard and we were relieved to have found a place that we felt comfortable trying again. During the 2 days and nights we were away, we were certain he would need to be given CBD or tranquilizers to keep him calm, but he didn't need them! He missed us but did not exhibit the behavior he had before and Sandi and Jeff said that he was happy at his chosen place in the window or on his bed in front of the fireplace, and responded to their affection. I can't say how relieved we are to have found a solution for our occasional needs to visit places where he can't come with us. Sandi made us feel confident that she could handle his anxiety, and she clearly made him feel more at ease and relaxed. I loved the photos she sent, updating us several times over the couple of days we were gone, and we will definitely call again the next time we leave town. What a relief!”

JONES LOVES KAT!!!!! This is our second time booking Kat and when we pull up to her door, Jones howls with joy, wags his tail, cannot wait to see her. In my experience, that is the single best indicator of how well she looks after the animals in her care. She shares consistent photos and videos of their walks and playtime, even puts his food on a step stool so he doesn’t have to reach so far down to eat. The most thoughtful! Very very grateful to have found her. If you’re considering sitting with Kat, she is 1000% your girl.

Norellys was SUCH a wonderful sitter for our baby Chestnut. She even accepted a late request due to another Rover sitter backing out. She was truly a lifesaver for my boyfriend and me. She and her mom are extremely fit to house a larger dog (Chestnut is ~70 pounds). You can tell he was truly just having a blast and felt comfortable with them. She was also mindful of Chestnut being reactive to other dogs and squirrels. Stacey was great! I had my senior dog with her for two weeks while I was out of the country and it brought me great comfort to know she was in such good hands. I got daily updates telling me how well my dog was doing along with Photos. In spite of the rain, they made it out every day and my dog left very happy. Grateful to have found Stacey!
This was our first time leaving our dog with someone else for such an extended period, so we were a bit nervous. Anastasia is warm and personable, which helped us feel a little more at ease about boarding. She communicated with us daily about how Parker was doing and sent us many photos. I could tell Parker had a great time with Anastasia and her dog, bc he seemed to miss them when we got home. We appreciate how well she cared for Parker. We'll definitely be reaching out to her again.
Rhea took in Jojo on short notice as I had an emergency. Jojo seemed to adjust really quickly with Rhea and had a great time playing in her yard. I really appreciate her flexibility, quick responses and being able to take care of Jojo during a stressful time, especially over a holiday. All her updates and photos were really appreciated! I would definitely book Rhea again!
