Basilio always had the best comments and advice for better care of Zoe, he made an effort to provide her with an adequate environment so that Zoe felt at home. He even gradually tried to improve the way Zoe socialized with both people and dogs. In addition, he always tried to maintain regular communication to inform us how Zoe was doing, always sending us photos and videos of her adaptation. I can say without fear of being wrong that Zoe found her angel in Basilio and someone we definitely recommend with our eyes closed. I had a last minute cancellation from a different Rover sitter before a 2-week trip, and luckily Bonn was available. We did a meet and greet where Bailey seemed comfortable at his place and his dog got along with mine. It was a relief that I was able to find someone who already had great reviews to take of Bailey. During my trip, Bonn sent pictures and updates and kept me updated about Bailey’s feedings. When I went to pick up Bailey, she was happy to see me but it also became apparent that she was so comfortable at Bonn’s - She wasn’t super anxious to get in the car. That’s how I know Bonn and his family took such good care of Bailey. Will definitely reach out again the next time we go out of town!
We couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover experience! This was our first time leaving our dog with a sitter, and Lizet made us feel completely at ease. We loved receiving the daily photos and videos—they gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was happy and well cared for. It was clear she was treated like family. This was my first Rover booking. I was so nervous because I just didn’t know what to expect and sometimes I feel that my dogs require more than the average dog. I was very happy that my dogs were so eager to go with Carola. They don’t react this way at their usual groomer. I believe that your animals are the most intuitive and feel all of the energies. This gave me a lot of confidence in leaving them with someone who is technically a stranger. Carola was so communicative with drop off and pick up and I am definitely going to have my dogs go back to her in the future. Thank you so much Carola! My babies loved staying with you.
I couldn't have asked for a better sitter for my terrier, Laidy. She has severe separation anxiety and becomes very depressed when she's away from me, so leaving her for a week was something I was really worried about. From the moment Laidy arrived, it was clear she was in caring and capable hands. Savannah was incredibly diligent, observant, and compassionate. She paid close attention to Laidy's needs, made sure she got plenty of walks, and did an amazing job helping manage her anxiety. Most importantly, she gave Laidy so much love and attention that she truly felt at home. The updates and care she provided gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I'm beyond grateful for the kindness and dedication Savannah showed my dog. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet like family.
I was sent pictures through out Aces stay and it’s safe to say he looked very comfortable. Typically if he’s scared and feeling anxious he’s not very active but he was playing with the ball and exploring the new grass areas at his stay. Thank you so much! We will be back.
