“I would give a ten star review if I could. Fantastic family, so caring and compassionate towards animals, especially my old dog, Lady. She has never been left with a sitter before. When I checked around too many places offered to keep her in a crate but she has never been crated before so we did not want that. With this family she had the run of the house and yard and slept on their bed at night which she does at home. My only fear was that at the end of her stay she would not want to leave. But she was glad to come home and during my trip I had peace of mind and no worries that she was in good hands. Highly recommend this family to take care of your dog. I will when I travel again!”

He was a bit nervous as it was his first time boarding but they kept on sending me pictures and updates every few hours. I was anxious to leave my puppy but we did a meet and greet first and that went very well. The day of actual care, I was still anxious (but that’s me being overprotective) heard my baby bark and I almost turned around but then I heard Mary Ann talking to her and I didn’t hear her bark anymore. About: I’ve had several dogs throughout my life and will probably be getting another one or two within the next year. My main option on here is dog boarding but, depending on the dog boarding schedule, I or somebody else on my team could also be open to do drop ins, house sitting, or walks, especially for those who have already used our boarding services. Please ask about these additional services after a confirmed boarding session. I’m in the middle of taking a few years off from teaching high school because A) Who couldn’t use a break from that? and B) I am focusing on building up a short-term rental business (Airbnb mostly). As an Airbnb host I spend a lot of time at home and have found that one of my favorite things to do is play with dogs in the yard (especially, when there’s more than one of them here at the same time!) and take them on trips to the park. I love dogs and am very reliable, trustworthy, and flexible. I live in a house with a fenced yard and all of the instructions you leave will be followed to keep your little buddy happy & safe! I am home most of the day and when I do leave it's usually only for an hour or two at a time. Most of what I do at home (working on a computer, household chores, yard work) I do in the presence of whatever dogs happen to be staying at that time. One limitation that I do try to stick to is to avoid scheduling drop-offs or pickups on Sundays before 10:00 am. Unfortunately, Rover doesn't give me the option to block off those times without blocking out the entire day so adding this note here is the only way to give you a heads up (hopefully, you read this before booking). I have a fenced yard and usually board 2 or 3 dogs at a time so that they have playmates. If ever I leave the house, dogs are left inside. Dogs that stay here must be up to date on shots as well as on a flea-prevention medication.

About: I have looked after up to 4 dogs at once, including feeding, walking, potty time, nap time, and even taking them to the groomers or vets if need be at the owners request. I dont mind rowdy or skittish pups, all the same. I also used to work overnight at a dog daycare and am comfortable handling various breeds and all ages of dogs. I am also okay with senior pets since I have one myself! Due to that, I’m experienced with handling medicine and sticking to a routine. I’m used to oral and topical medication but am willing to learn any other sorts to take care of your loved one! I’m currently a student who creates her own work schedule so I will make sure to have all the time needed to take care of your pet! When i do have classes, I will be sure to make my availability known.
About: I’ve cared for cats and dogs of all ages, from kittens and puppies to seniors. I love all animals, and use a positive reinforcement training model for all training interactions. I specifically trained a yellow lab named Miel from puppy to adult and had success with training to such an extent that she is able to be off leash during private beach outings. I got my first when I was about 10 years of age so I have at least 15 years of experience with dogs and you can trust me with taking good care of them. If you need to go out of town and you need someone to stay with your dog I can stay with your dog. Or if you need me to come few times a day to take your dog for a walk I can do that as well. If you need me to come and feed your dog due to your are out of town I will do that as well and play with her or him. Currently I am an employee at a doggie daycare in Studio City where I look after about 40-60 large dogs on a daily basis. About: I have 2 dogs of my own and always give them the love and attention they deserve! Making sure they get their 3 meals a day and take them for walks to make their tails wag and get the exercise they need!
