“Ivy was amazing with Boomer. We had a last minute change in the schedule and she accommodated us right away, made special arrangements to have Boomer dropped off so we can make our flight. She sent us lots and lots of pictures and videos of Boomer all the time, and they always put a smile on the kids’ faces! We will most definitely use Ivy again, and refer her to all of our family and friends!”
“EVERYTHING ABOUT EDWIN AND WIFE ANN WAS PERFECT!!! This was our first time dropping off or puppy Charlie to anyone. With a little nervousness and anxiety, Edwin and Ann put it All at Ease! A week prior we had a meet in person which was good for Charlie, My wife and I to see the place and Charlie and sniff around .. Ann told us the whole run down of the day to day. We left Charlie for 3 days, Ann and Edwin would send us pictures and text messages a couple times a day and would quickly respond to my messages which put was at Ease knowing Charlie was doing good… We will DEFINITELY BE SENDING CHARLIE BACK FOR OUR NEXT VACATION… THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR DOING A GREAT JOB WITH CHARLIE”

I have an extraordinary amount experience boarding and caring for all kinds of dogs being a trainer and a former kennel specialist, and overall dog lover! I currently train dogs so dogs are most of what I think about! I train from my house, and Taylor my schedule to make sure I am home all day with your pups! While training, giving treats, or feeding, I seperate all dogs, to ensure everyone is safe. Plenty of pets and rubs, hikes or walks catered to the pups ability, and care like they are apart of my family! I will absolutely send plenty of updates and pictures

Milo stayed with Basilio for more than a week and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trusted dog boarding and sitter. He communicates well and gives update to us about our dog. Milo had a little anxiety issue and he was prompt enough to help him get through it. We would definitely look for him again in the future. Robert was a life saver to our family vacation. We booked with Robert while driving from the Bay Area to Southern California and he responded within minutes.
