“I would give a ten star review if I could. Fantastic family, so caring and compassionate towards animals, especially my old dog, Lady. She has never been left with a sitter before. When I checked around too many places offered to keep her in a crate but she has never been crated before so we did not want that. With this family she had the run of the house and yard and slept on their bed at night which she does at home. My only fear was that at the end of her stay she would not want to leave. But she was glad to come home and during my trip I had peace of mind and no worries that she was in good hands. Highly recommend this family to take care of your dog. I will when I travel again!”

About: My first experience with cats was discovering 6 kittens under my home when I was 7! Since then I have been fortunate enough to always be around to care for kittens and cats who need homes. I currently have 2 female cats both foster fails. I have cat sat for numerous friends and family members who have pets with diverse personalities. I have experience with very timid cats, and very social talkative ones. I am comfortable being around cats with all types of behaviors and am not intimidated by the fur babies who just need a bit more time and patience to get comfortable!

Dog Boarding/Daycare Dogs are more than welcome to sleep over; book a dog board with me and I will be there for your pup when they are in need of someone to take care of while on your time away. We have a good heater to warm up the house during Winter and a pool in the backyard for the Spring/Summer season. Pets must bring their own bed, toys, and preferred food. Nice green front yard with a 3.33 ft hedge surrounding the yard and a back yard with brick walls higher than the front yard hedge. If your dog is capable of jumping over that high, I will hook the leash and accompany whoever’s dog I could vibe with. Food will be given before my own dog Tobias;) (Tobias is an adoring Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix with cute blonde hair. He is 12 years old and has the true old dog vibe: eat, pee, sleep, repeat.) Water will be given regularly and once at night before bedtime. Bedtime is allowed in my own room while my dog sleeps in my parent’s room and stays there during the day sleeping. Last minute Day Cares are acceptable. Pick-up will be set at discussed schedule with the Pet Parent. I hope I can be of much service to your pets whenever I am available in my calendar that I regularly update weekly. Your reviews are greatly appreciated at the end of a booking! It’d be a whole vibe having your pets sleep over, go for a stroll or some company at their home.

About: I've loved and taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. Dogs, cats, rabbits, even a pet squirrel (lots of stories about Honey). Spending time with animals brings me such joy and I treat every pet with love and care as if they were my own. I currently have one dog at home (my sweet boy in my pics) that we've had 10 years and we had our precious girl for 8 before she passed last year. I also had my childhood dog for 15 years with an adorable underbite that made him look a lot tougher than he was. :) I'm comfortable taking care of senior and sick animals as well as giving medication. I took care of our sweet girl with cancer last year with oral meds, tube feeding, and IVs. Our other dog gets allergy shots that I administer at home and I've taken care of him through 2 back surgeries. I've used Rover many times over the years and found wonderful sitters for us when we needed them. Now I'm joining this side of it so I can return the favor and share some love and joy with your fluffy ones. I was working full time and unfortunately my industry has been dealing with consistent massive layoffs. Now I'm a stay at home mom, but have lots of flexibility since my husband works from home. Dogs staying in my home must be up to date on required vaccinations and flea and tick prevention.

“Rover / Laura & Brian After a last minute rescheduling, we needed to find a trustworthy sitter for our fur-babies. However no family or friends were available on such short notice of only a few weeks, leaving us worried and cornered into venturing to find a stranger to watch the most important things we love… our quiet 10 yr old 12 lb Pomchi, and goofy 80 lb Boxer/Staffy. Having 2 pups that are so different, but so GOOD and SPECIAL makes it so hard to find someone that WE feel can understand and appreciate their precious personalities. After Laura & Brian we’re gracious enough to allow us to introduce the pups to them beforehand (On Dodger Day, no less!), we found our boys to not only be comfortable, but excited! Laura explained how they watch and protect the little one, while also being completely capable with handling my goofy Boxer. Brian came out and my boxer who can be protective, immediately realized he was safe. During our trip we received photos and videos of our boys having the best week vacation, with new fur-friends and human-family. Feeling confident with a family we had just met with our babies was just an absolute blessing. When we came back to pick our babies up, not only did they not want to immediately leave, but Bowzer showed signs of guarding his “new family”. 😭🤣😅 Being able to trust strangers, LAST MINUTE that are so sweet and attentive to our babies was such a blessing/lucky/whatever you want to say. My dogs are my life. While leaving them is never easy, Laura and Brian made it as easy as possible. I think that we can start feeling more confident when we need to have our babies watched, and we are so so thankful!!! 💜👾🙏🏼”
