She was kind with a very positive and honest vibe that convinced me she was the right choice for this 3 day stay. Her daughter is not only a dog lover but treated her dogs and Oxford gently and with love. Those are the important things that any dog sitter should have especially with small breeds. Without me even mentioning it, she knew that she would feed Oxford in a calm and dog free environment so he could eat without distractions. I had several meet and greets with Rover’s close to my home, I have hired privately and on Rover once before. If you want the dream Auntie for your fur baby, Katy is the one. Not only is she highly experienced, she is affectionate and kind. Buddy reads ppl quickly- he kissed her face at our meet and greet. No doubt, he knew. Bud had several walks per day, hikes, a beach trip, dog park and slept at the foot of their bed. She sent videos and pics, texts everyday. He was truly happy and confident when we picked him up and I never once worried as we were gone for 10 days. Peace of mind is everything - that’s the gift you receive from Katy.
Cindy and Hans were amazing with boarding our anxious pup Tucker, and for a last minute booking to boot! My husband and I are always a little nervous leaving Tucker with someone new, but Cindy sent regular updates that put our minds at ease. Not only did Tucker seem to settle in quickly, but he seemed to be genuinely very happy throughout his stay. We would definitely book with them again!

Lenora cared for my little dog while I was away on a 4-night business trip, and she was wonderful, gentle, caring, and kind. My dog is not used to being away from me, so I was worried about how he would cope. Lenora went above and beyond even before the stay began. She met us 3 separate times beforehand just to spend time with my dog, help him feel comfortable, and make sure the transition would be smooth. During the stay, my dog experienced separation anxiety and cried throughout the night, but Lenora remained patient, gentle, and understanding with him, even though she lost sleep. She clearly cared about my dog's wellbeing, and I knew I could trust her. I am grateful for the level of attention and compassion she showed. I plan to ask Lenora to care for my dog again.
