When I checked around too many places offered to keep her in a crate but she has never been crated before so we did not want that. With this family she had the run of the house and yard and slept on their bed at night which she does at home. My only fear was that at the end of her stay she would not want to leave. But she was glad to come home and during my trip I had peace of mind and no worries that she was in good hands. Highly recommend this family to take care of your dog. I will when I travel again!”

About: I’ve had several dogs throughout my life and will probably be getting another one or two within the next year. My main option on here is dog boarding but, depending on the dog boarding schedule, I or somebody else on my team could also be open to do drop ins, house sitting, or walks, especially for those who have already used our boarding services. Please ask about these additional services after a confirmed boarding session. I’m in the middle of taking a few years off from teaching high school because A) Who couldn’t use a break from that? and B) I am focusing on building up a short-term rental business (Airbnb mostly). As an Airbnb host I spend a lot of time at home and have found that one of my favorite things to do is play with dogs in the yard (especially, when there’s more than one of them here at the same time!) and take them on trips to the park. I love dogs and am very reliable, trustworthy, and flexible. I live in a house with a fenced yard and all of the instructions you leave will be followed to keep your little buddy happy & safe! I am home most of the day and when I do leave it's usually only for an hour or two at a time. Most of what I do at home (working on a computer, household chores, yard work) I do in the presence of whatever dogs happen to be staying at that time. One limitation that I do try to stick to is to avoid scheduling drop-offs or pickups on Sundays before 10:00 am. Unfortunately, Rover doesn't give me the option to block off those times without blocking out the entire day so adding this note here is the only way to give you a heads up (hopefully, you read this before booking). I have a fenced yard and usually board 2 or 3 dogs at a time so that they have playmates. If ever I leave the house, dogs are left inside. Dogs that stay here must be up to date on shots as well as on a flea-prevention medication.

I volunteer weekly at a local animal sanctuary where I care for many different kinds of animals. About: Hello! My name is Claudia, and I've been a pet owner going on 15 years now. I've had all types of pets and am very comfortable with most animals. I have both personal and professional experience with caring for pets. In my fur family there are two dogs, one cat, and a hamster ❤️ I look forward to helping you and your pets. “This was my first time with Olga, and I'm very happy to have found her. Aria's had some stomach issues, and Olga took a good care of her feeding her cooked rice a couple of times. There's always someone in the house, so she has never been left alone, and the backyard is nice and spacious enough to hang out there during a day. I couldn't recommend Olga more!”

About: I have been in the pet industry for over 20 years. I am a groomer, and have very high end clients. I do dog sitting for them for weeks at a time. All dogs are free to roam the house as long as they are house trained and get along with other dogs and a cat. Dogs are not caged or crated unless owner provided or requested. Our bedroom is large enough for 4-5 large dogs to sleep in on their own beds. All dogs eat at the same time everyday. Mornings around 7am, and afternoon around 5-530 pm. Water is always available. On hot days they will be enjoying 2 large dog pools to cool off in and play as long as possible. Pet care has been part of my daily routine since 2006. It's what I love and am passionate about. My life would be empty without dogs. Always home to keep an eye on them. I keep my clients up to date with daily pictures and updates of what their pet is up to.

I live in a spacious apartment in a safe, dog-friendly neighborhood right next to the Whitsett Soccer Field, making it a great area for walks and outdoor time. I always follow each owner’s care instructions, respect your dog’s routine, and provide regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pup is in good hands.
