“I would give a ten star review if I could. Fantastic family, so caring and compassionate towards animals, especially my old dog, Lady. She has never been left with a sitter before. When I checked around too many places offered to keep her in a crate but she has never been crated before so we did not want that. With this family she had the run of the house and yard and slept on their bed at night which she does at home. My only fear was that at the end of her stay she would not want to leave. But she was glad to come home and during my trip I had peace of mind and no worries that she was in good hands. Highly recommend this family to take care of your dog. I will when I travel again!”

About: I’ve had cats since I was a baby. They’re my favorite animals. :) I grew up with 3 cats in one home and 7 in another so I learned from an early age how to care for kitties. I’ve nursed kittens from bottles, taken care of adult cats, and have given medication to senior cats. My current 19-year old Maine Coon kitty has diabetes, so I give him insulin twice a day. I can give your kitties shots if needed as well as any food-based medications, creams, etc. I’m a bit of cat whisperer, too, so I love getting to care for kitties of all types!

Fitness is an important part of my life so I usually go to the gym in the mornings and come back to take my dog on morning walks. I enjoy doing morning or noon walks. Depending if your dog is an indoor or outdoor dog, I will make the most out the environment. If your dog is an outdoor dog, I will make sure to play with your dog outside. I will make sure that any fence or door is closed so the dog won’t get out while outside. I have a dog of my own so I enjoy going out and sun bathing with my dog. I will make sure to bring a bowl of water outside so the dog is hydrated as well as any snacks. If you have an indoor dog, I will make sure to take your dog on walks or to a park and spend some time playing outside. I will always carry water and snacks with me. At home I will make sure the dog food and water bowl are filled and of course play some more.
About: I have owned dogs my whole life and have volunteered at humane societies for a few years mainly as a dog kennel ambassador. I also have experience with bigger dogs, puppies, and senior dogs! In fact I have had a yorkie since he was a pup and a childhood dog of 15 years! I have taken care of bigger breeds such as husky/wolf mixes and very small dogs such as chihuahuas. Not only that I also have a cat! Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. I am a college student and have most Fridays, and weekends off so I’m usually free all day. From Monday to Thursday I have classes but am available mornings, late afternoons by appointment. I only do drop-ins and walks but when I am in someone else’s home I make it a priority to be respectful of your space and make sure nothing is moved around or messed around with.
About: I’ve lived and grown up with pets, and I’ve taken care of them throughout my life. My friends and family have always come to me to look after their pets, and I’m always happy to do it because I get so much positive energy from them I’m a product designer, and right now I’m living alone while looking for new opportunities in my field. Since I have plenty of free time, I’d love to spend it with these little angels. I’m totally available at the moment Pets are like my children, and I always do my best for them. I used to have a little dog that I loved dearly, and I know how much love, care, and happiness I can share with them.
About: Since I was young, I grew up raising 2 dogs, a black lab/great dane mutt, and a pure bred pug. Huge difference between the two, but they had beautiful hearts and the same paws all the same. Now, I have two kittens at home that I bottle fed until now, and I get what it’s like to worry at home while your old pup is struggling to walk, or when your kitten needs around the clock meals. Call me, book me and i’ll be there for any pet big and small! I’m currently transitioning out of a job so I wanted to spend my days working in a different, refreshing way! I live alone with my two kitties, so I have lots of free time in the day. I live attached to a private property soccer field which my cats like to walk around in once a day, and I would love to bring more pets around. My kitties are okay with other pets, but if yours aren’t, then my cats are always okay going on their walk earlier in the day.

“Rover / Laura & Brian After a last minute rescheduling, we needed to find a trustworthy sitter for our fur-babies. However no family or friends were available on such short notice of only a few weeks, leaving us worried and cornered into venturing to find a stranger to watch the most important things we love… our quiet 10 yr old 12 lb Pomchi, and goofy 80 lb Boxer/Staffy. Having 2 pups that are so different, but so GOOD and SPECIAL makes it so hard to find someone that WE feel can understand and appreciate their precious personalities. After Laura & Brian we’re gracious enough to allow us to introduce the pups to them beforehand (On Dodger Day, no less!), we found our boys to not only be comfortable, but excited! Laura explained how they watch and protect the little one, while also being completely capable with handling my goofy Boxer. Brian came out and my boxer who can be protective, immediately realized he was safe. During our trip we received photos and videos of our boys having the best week vacation, with new fur-friends and human-family. Feeling confident with a family we had just met with our babies was just an absolute blessing. When we came back to pick our babies up, not only did they not want to immediately leave, but Bowzer showed signs of guarding his “new family”. 😭🤣😅 Being able to trust strangers, LAST MINUTE that are so sweet and attentive to our babies was such a blessing/lucky/whatever you want to say. My dogs are my life. While leaving them is never easy, Laura and Brian made it as easy as possible. I think that we can start feeling more confident when we need to have our babies watched, and we are so so thankful!!! 💜👾🙏🏼”

“We boarded our pup Yuna with Jane for 5 nights while traveling internationally. We usually leave her with family so we are pretty new to Rover but we instantly felt at ease after a meet and greet with Jane and her sweet dog Mochi. “Alina was an incredible sitter for my dog moose! he stayed with her over the july 4th holiday- moose is a rescue with some special needs, including fear of fireworks and other dogs. Alina treated moose with care and compassion, and she gave me honest updates if moose was struggling (without me needing to ask). it is such a relief to have found someone who seriously cares about moose and will go the extra mile to make sure he is cared for and that I know how he is doing!! I will definitely be hiring Alina again, and would recommend her to any dog owner, especially those who might need a little extra support.”
