About: A little about me, before the pandemic I walked dogs daily for 3 years for a local dog walking company as a side hustle to acting. The past 6 years I have housesat dogs, boarded dogs, and fed & cared for cats. I am joining Rover to expand back to walking dogs, and to continue feeding cats, boarding and dog sitting. I love animals and enjoy spending time outside and walking. My husband and I do not currently have pets of our own, which allows us to watch friends pets, and now hopefully yours! I have regular clients I walk and care for, and now have the availability to take on more! Whether you need mornings, afternoons, or evenings I am flexible to meet your pets needs. I follow the pet rules of individual clients when in their home. When I am watching pets in my own home they are allowed on the sofas, and the bed. We live in an apartment in a very pet friendly area with optimal choices for walks.

About: I started a dog-walking company with my friend when I was 12. Since then, I've taken care of dogs, cats, turtles, and horses! In the past year, I've been the go-to sitter in my apartment building. When you book with me, I will likely be home most of the day! My work has a wonky schedule, so I'm usually flexible. I live in an apartment, but I have access to a park across the street and I'm in walking distance to Griffith Park for high energy dogs that need hikes and play!

𝐉𝐀𝐊𝐄: I have lived with dogs, cats, and rabbits since I was born and have spent the majority of my upbringing caring for an eclectic spread of farmyard animals including horses, goats, chickens, tortoises, and more. I have birthed goats, bottle fed kittens and piglets, and pulled a chicken bone from more than one puppy's throat. I can confidently administer a wide array of medicines that your pet may need, including eye and ear drops, oral syringes, and topical ointments, and can ensure that all of their pills get down. I also do all of our own dogs' bathing and grooming! 𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐘: I have also spent the majority of my life with many different animals including hermit crabs, birds, hamsters, bunnies, lizards, snakes, and many cats and dogs! I have a background in rescue work as a Foster Coordinator for a large rescue organization back where I'm from, New York. It has always been my passion to protect and care for animals, and you can rest assured your pets will be safe and loved here with us. I am available 24/7 for your pet care needs, and very rarely leave the house even for a few minutes while my pet guests are here! If for any reason we do need to go for a drive, we have a big car with no back seats, but instead a giant dog bed, set up for trips around town and transport as needed. Our home and lives are perfectly set up to accommodate your furry friends, and we can't wait to host you! 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄: Haley is available full time for pet sitting services while Jake joins in on the weekends after working in office during the week! We're typically an early-to-rise, early-to-sleep household, but we can always be flexible with pick-ups and drop-off as needed, as well as any extensions that may come up. And, of course, there will always be time for pictures and updates throughout the day! While we will absolutely ensure that all guests get the most outdoor playtime and indoor attention possible at all times, depending on the volume of guests in the home and the timing of the given day, walks are not guaranteed unless otherwise directly arranged. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐄: Most of our time will likely be spent at home, but with plenty of access to the fresh air and sunshine of the fenced backyard. The yard is on a small hillside, with plenty of climbing space for an adventurous pup to explore, as well as ample flat land just outside the door for our more indoor-oriented guests to pop out for a quick 'business' trip. Dogs will always be accompanied and supervised while outdoors. 𝐒𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒: Guests will have full run of the home during the day, and, unless otherwise directed, nights will most likely be spent with everyone, human and animal, together in the master bedroom, wolfpack-style. We are totally fine with animals on furniture but if you prefer they not pick up that habit, please let us know and we will accommodate! There are of course plenty of dog bed options here, but crates or any other specific training requests that you may have are of course welcome as well. *𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝘀: Arrangements can be made to sequester them to the back half of the house, and their own designated room, with minimal disturbance, if needed. 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄: Our two pups eat twice daily and have two separate diets that includes supplements, oils and medications. All of this to say: "We are very comfortable with feeding schedules, dietary restrictions, and medication requirements." Just let us know what your pal needs, we'll make sure they get it! **Teeth-brushing for trained/acclimated pets can be arranged as well. 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘: There is a flight of stairs from the driveway to the entrance of the home so, if your pup is in their senior years and/or deals with a mobility impairment and requires assistance entering the house, so long as they are of good health and temperament (and ideally below 90lbs), and with your permission, I would be happy to assist in carrying them up and returning them down. About: My name is Nubia and I have loved and owned dogs pretty much my whole life. I love taking dogs out to explore and getting to know them. Who’s day doesn’t get better when seeing a dog. I’ve also been doing Wag for about 6-7 months now and it’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever done. There’s been walks where I have had to walk the smallest dog and then there has been times where it’s the biggest dog. I do take treats on my walks for those that need it for motivation, to sit and stay or basic commands during the walk. I have been getting compliments about my long distances so you won’t have to worry about your dog not getting tired. 😌

About: I love all animals and I have experience in lots of different animal care, including aquatics and exotics. I myself have two cats and a dog, and I have helped out folks with many different species, including husbandry. I’m so excited to meet your pet! Every morning my cat kids wake me up around 5:30/6am. The cats and I eat our breakfast together, Babygirl gets her meds, and then just spend the rest of the morning lounging and relaxing. When the senior dog wakes up, he gets his meds and breakfast and then it’s walk time!! Lunch time the cats each get a little churu treaty, and they spend some time playing before afternoon naps. They basically bounce back and forth from silly time to deep sleep for the rest of the day, then it’s dinner time, walkys for Kenji the dog and more playtime, then bed. Pets aren’t “spoiled,” they are cherished. Taking care of beautiful creatures that love us and make us their whole world is a gift. They deserve kindness, compassion, and respect. I love all animals as an extension of the love I hold for my own, and I can’t wait to meet yours and give them love and care.

About: Pit-mixes, spitzes, hounds, herders, toys, terriers, I love 'em all! I grew-up training the family Aussie, have fostered rescues and live with two rescues of my own. I'm comfortable managing reactive dogs, shy dogs, energetic dogs, puppies and seniors. If you're looking to tucker-out your pup, ask me about turning the walk into a jog - I can get about ~3miles in 30min, depending on where you live and if your pup is fit! I'm currently working freelance and my schedule is flexible. I usually start and end my days with a walk or run and would love to share that with a furry friend I know dogs like familiarity and routine, so I aim to stick as close as possible to what they're used to. About: Hi, I'm Emma! Being surrounded by dogs of my own for most of my life, I learned to care for animals at a young age. I am open to being around all animals and have been a devoted cat owner for over a year now. Kittie is very loving and minds her own business when it comes to other animals around. I can relate to the experience of having to leave your pet for someone else to watch. Don't worry, you will get constant updates and photos! My apartment complex has a private dog park for residents and is less than five minutes from beautiful Echo Park, perfect for walks, exercise, and boarding! As a person, I am honest, reliable, and loving. I understand the importance of detail and will follow any routine that you usually follow. I am currently enrolled in college, so my availability would work around a fairly flexible schedule.
