We fell in love with the way she cared for Pebbles instantly. She had no problem with her feeding times, walks, crate needs, and even eye medication. She sent us SO MANY fun and cute pictures of Pebbles while we were out of the country that I felt super reassured. She was flexible with the pick up time (we know how LAX can be), and even willing to take an additional emergency contact while we were out of country. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anyone kinder, more loving, or more communicative. I will definitely request her again, and I am so glad Pebbles found a temporary home there. She had experience with dogs, she has no dogs, she takes one client at a time plus dogs are allowed on the bed. PERFECT 👌 Yulia knew how hard it was for me to leave Taco. His first time. She sent photos right away! She let me know how he was feeling and how he did throughout the day and night. We had awesome communication during his stay plus photos and videos. They truly helped me. He went on long walks and received a lot of loving from both Julia and her husband. Mr. Taco also learned a new trick!! She taught him to lay down! “Jing took such good care of our corgi!! She provided frequent updates and responded to our requests very promptly! Overall making the process very worry free. We also added a bath request for an additional fee, and she came home smelling cleaning and Jing even made sure she brush out all her knots!! Idk how she managed this because we tried and she isn’t the most cooperative when it comes to getting rid of her knots..major kudos to Jing!! We also noticed that she come happy, very well fed, and pretty exhausted probably from all the fun she’s had! Thank you Jing!! ❤️❤️❤️”

Lijuan is such a sweet person. She took really great care of our dog, Cooper. She gave us constant updates and pictures which was so reassuring. I could tell that she really cared about cooper and wanted to make sure he felt comfortable and also had fun. I highly recommend choosing her!
There is no better feeling than coming back from a trip to find that your dog wants to stay and play some more - though it was sad to find out i was so easily replaced! Of course he was happy to see us but then pretty much went back to playing with the other dogs and then ran back over to Margaret to visit her. This was my experience when i came to pick up Snickers and this is definitely not always the case when i have had him stay elsewhere. Also, from what i can tell he seemed to have eaten all the food we had alloted and didn't seem especially hungry once we got home. All that to say that it points to him having a great and stress-free time. He was just tuckered out from playing so much :) This was our first stay with Margaret and I found her to be very responsive and clear in all our communications. Ours was a last minute request where we needed to go out of town for long weekend to finish up our move to LA. When our return trip got delayed, she accomodated a request to delay our pickup until the next day. She really removed all the stress of boarding our little pup . One the the perks of boarding with Margaret was the cast of playful dogs you might find in her shaded backyard/play area. She seems thoughtful in assessing how the various dogs will get along and has plans in place should any dogs need to be in separate areas. Mr. Snickers hasn't had a lot of opportunity to socialize with dogs since we moved so this was a real boon for us. Last point to add is that she regularly sent us updates with pix and videos so we had a sense of how it was going each day. In short, she does her best to make a home away from home for the dogs she cares for and I'd highly recommend her.
Brooke and Ryan are great communicators! We were kept updated on how he was getting acquainted and settling down in their home. They were even open to doing dog training reinforcement! Overall, we felt very comfortable with Brax in their care and will reach out to them the next time that we need a sitter.
Karen and Mae took care of my dog Copper very well. Copper got lonely when I took him home . I think he missed Karen and Mae. My dog was clean, and well fed. And calm. I will definitely be back for Karen and Mae to take care of Copper! I recommend their services 100%. Thank You Karen and Mae!!!
Naomi is the absolute best. Our little one has issues that make him difficult but Naomi stayed with it. She was very communicative and was willing to work with our dog, zero. Naomi was in constant communication with updates and pics. Zero came back healthy and thats all I could have asked for. I would 100% recommend her to anyone and everyone i know.
Alberto helped me out so much! I had a last-minute trip and he was able to watch my boo, G. My flight schedule ended up getting completely messed up and I had to stay an extra day, and Alberto was so accommodating and offered to keep him one more night. On top of that, my baby looked SO happy and loved in every single photo he sent me. Alberto gave me updates, shared all the fun places they went, and really made me feel at ease the entire time. It’s always a little scary leaving your pup with someone new, but I never felt like I had to worry. I could tell G was getting plenty of love, attention, and cuddles. I’m so grateful for how well Alberto took care of him, especially with all of my last-minute travel changes. I would absolutely trust him with my baby again!
Miguel took great care of our two dogs… He sent us an update with photos . He is very friendly and our fur babies immediately felt at ease with him. I feel very confident with Miguel and his wife Camila caring for our Daisy& Opal. Looking forward to booking with them again.
Therese was so great with my dog Lionel! She sent several updates daily and photos which was so appreciated. She is an excellent communicator. It was exceptionally hot during his stay and she made sure the dogs were walked early in the morning before it got too hot.
