“Irina met me right on time for dropoff and pickup, was extremely friendly, and kept me updated with plenty of photos throughout the day. I felt completely at ease knowing my dogs were in excellent hands with her. I would totally leave my dogs with her again!”

“Thank you so much Albina!! It was very last minute and bullet had a good time. You were very communicative and the drop off and pick up was very quick. If I was in your area, she would be regular there.”

“Chris and Edward were excellent! Great communication and friendly. Home is lovely and clean and in a nice neighborhood. I received regular updates and felt my dog was in good hands. I would definitely work with them again and would recommend to anyone looking for great pet sitters.”

“Jonalyn was fantastic with my dog! She sent so many photos and kept Mocha busy and got her tired, which is hard to do. Mocha is usually nervously reluctant to separate from me, but every time we went to Jonalyn's, she got so excited. Definitely booking again!”

“Magdalena is very good with dogs and has a cozy, comfortable yard and home for them to enjoy themselves in. I really appreciate her communication as well. Thank you!”

“Margaret took wonderful care of my dog, Hazel, for three days. She provided lots of updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was at work. She was also flexible and willing to accommodate early morning drop-offs, which I really appreciated. Hazel was clearly well cared for, and I’d definitely book with her again.”

I will rely on your recommendations on how to make your pup or kitty feel at ease while you're away, and will try to keep their environment as normal as possible. About: I grew up in a home with a dog, a cat, birds, fish, and rabbits. Throughout my life, I’ve opened my heart to many a pooch, including a beautiful epileptic Dalmation, a feisty pocket Shih Tzu (that one of my students brought to school in a backpack), an adorably lazy Bijon-Maltese mix who came to stay for a weekend and stayed 10 years -- and most recently a spirited 13 year old Terrier mix that we brought home after his person died unexpectedly. All were loved and doted upon until they crossed the rainbow bridge. The smaller ones vacationed by car, truck, and plane and were with us 24/7. I’ve often cared for my friends' dogs and am known for giving good doggy massages. I’ve also shared my space with an African Sulcata tortoise for the last 17 years. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I own a small business that allows me to come and go easily, allowing for long walks and/or lounging around. I have a fenced yard, leashes, bowls, a medium sized dog crate if necessary, lots of healthy snacks and lots of time for walks and doggie massages. In your home, I will care for your special friend as instructed. If your pooch loves toys, we will play, if snoozing is their favorite thing, I will happily sit nearby and chill too.
“Briana was amazing - I would give her more stars if I could! She took great care of our pup Hershel and it was our first time leaving him with anyone. He got tons of playtime and walks, and we got frequent updates and photos. Briana and her boyfriend went above and beyond and even gave him a great brushing session as well as working on some basic commands he’s been struggling with. Would absolutely book again and 110% recommend!! Thank you Briana and Ethan!!”

“Isabel took a great care of my dog while we were at the Rose Bowl game. She’s great with communication and was very quick in responding for drop off and pick up. Will definitely use her again next time we visit SoCal.”

About: What sets me apart is how deeply I tune into each pet. I'm an empathetic and thoughtful caregiver — I read the subtle cues and anticipate what a dog needs before they have to ask. I genuinely care for every pet as if they were my own. I also have hands-on experience with: • Puppies (patience, potty training, basic commands) • Senior pets (gentle handling, mobility support, medication routines) • Basic training reinforcement After decades of pet sitting on the side and loving every minute, I've learned that the little things — a calm voice, a predictable routine, noticing when something feels off — make all the difference. Pet care is my full-time focus. My daily routine revolves entirely around the pets I'm caring for. A typical day starts early — morning walks, feeding, and medication if needed. Throughout the day, I schedule playtime and rest according to each pet's rhythm. Evenings are for settling everyone in, sending updates to owners, and prepping for the next day. Because this is my only job, I'm fully present; No juggling meetings or rushing off to a desk. Your pet gets my complete attention. I care for pets in my own home. I've created a calm, pet-friendly space where dogs feel safe and comfortable while you're away. Here's what that looks like: • My home is clean, secure, and set up with pets in mind (no hazards, plenty of cozy spots) • I follow your pet's regular schedule — feeding, walks, potty breaks, medication, and rest • I only take a small number of pets at a time, so each one gets individual attention • I send daily photos and updates so you can see exactly how they're doing For safety, I'm careful about introductions between pets, keep the environment calm, and never leave pets unsupervised in risky situations. Your pet's well-being is my full-time focus.
“We love our pups so much, so it is difficult for us to leave them with anyone, especially since our little Dahlia, our mini-doxie, can be quite a handful. Zac handled our precious pups with great care on his serene property in Echo Park. Our pups came back happy, and we have already booked Zac to watch our pups again while we are out of town. Thank you Zac for caring for our pups like they are your own! We appreciate it! Tina & Ryan (For Chase & Dahlia)”

About: Last year I said goodbye to my 17 year-old dog Max, just a few months after my cat Scotty passed away suddenly from kidney disease. Thankfully, Scotty's sister Star is still with me and thriving, but I really miss being around and caring for other animals. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs and the gentle care they require. I'm also very familiar with younger dogs of all sizes. And I've fostered a lot of cats - mainly kittens - which is how Star and Scotty originally came into my life. I would love the opportunity to care for your pet - whether it be walks, drop-ins, boarding or pet-sitting. I work part-time, teaching improv and also teach at an academy for gifted and neurodivergent homeschool students. The classes are short and nearby (and are not every day) so I'm never gone for more than 2-4 hours. Which leaves me plenty of time to spend with your pet! I'm available for home visits, walks throughout the day, boarding, and/or pet sitting any day of the week. I live in a residential neighborhood in the Somerset section of Glendale, perfect for walks. My apartment is a large one-bedroom I share with my cat Star, who is very affectionate and easy-going - she'd love to keep your pet company!
About: Hi! Welcome! I have been a cat mom for 16 yrs, but sadly my beloved cat, Mittens passed away in May 2025. I miss him dearly! And I deeply miss having a fur baby in my life! But since I’m not ready to get a new pet, I would like to give my love, attention and experience into taking care of other people’s pets! I am extremely experienced with taking care of cats and I have taken care of family and friend’s dogs before, and now several times professionally on Rover, that it’s made me fall in love with dogs just as as cats! I absolutely love and enjoy taking care of both dogs and cats! And they both have their own wonderful and amazing charms! 😁 I work from home so I am always at home, so it makes it easy to take care of pets and give them all the attention and potty breaks that they need. I am available for boarding or pet daycare at anytime, so please feel free to contact me whenever you would like. I live in a one bedroom apartment that is 1000-1500 sqft and I don’t have a backyard or personal balcony, but live in a very safe residential neighborhood, so walking dogs outside at anytime of the day is completely safe and fine. My living room is a reasonable size (1000 sqft), which is why I only board small to medium sized dogs; however, I work from home, so I’m always able to take the dogs out to get some much needed air, sun and exercise daily, so they don’t get too cooped up or bored indoors. I also always make it a priority to turn the AC and fans on at my place, so they can stay cool and comfortable at all times. Furthermore, I have used the Rover App before to have my own late cat boarded with a pet sitter on here, so I fully understand the comfort and the need for owners to have pet sitters send photos, videos and daily updates of their pets to them, therefore, I always make that a priority and I am more than happy to do that! I firmly believe and take it very seriously that a pet sitter should always respond immediately and be absolutely communicative at all times!

Cecile did an amazing job watching my Dog Samson ! He can be handful sometimes with separation issues, so I appreciate a mindful and caring sitter. When I picked him up he was in great sprints and could tell he had a fun time with Cecile. I would highly recommend her with your cherished pets !

Jonalyn was fantastic with my dog! She sent so many photos and kept Mocha busy and got her tired, which is hard to do. Mocha is usually nervously reluctant to separate from me, but every time we went to Jonalyn's, she got so excited. Definitely booking again!

I've been taking my little Ollie to Sylvia and Ethan's for daycare for over a month now, and I can't say enough good things about them!! They are so warm and easy to work with, and my baby just loves them. His face lights up every time we pull up! Thank you for making my pup feel so loved <3

Inwoo and Aries took such great care of my dog, Kuzco! they were super communicative, sent lots of photos and updates, took him on plenty of walks, and def seemed like they spent a lot of time playing with and caring for him with their sweet golden doodle Abby too! i can def be a little nervous leaving my dog with others, but they made me feel completely comfortable and at ease the whole time. Kuzco came home soonhappy and tired, and will definitely book with them again :)

Wow, I can’t say enough great things about Jessica, Zach, and Fang!! My dog was immediately comfortable with them all (even though she can be nervous around men, she loved Zach). She had great play time, walks, and comfy naps. I got cute picture updates throughout the day, and she came back calm and sleepy. Can’t wait to book them again!
