While my corgi is incredibly sweet, he can also be challenging to manage and not always easy to read in terms of his body language. However, Donghae approached Milo with remarkable patience and attentiveness and I was genuinely surprised to see Milo open up to a stranger in such a short period of time. What I especially appreciated were Donghae’s thoughtful daily updates. He kept me consistently informed with detailed reports on how Milo spent his day, along with plenty of photos that gave me a peace of mind and was able to tell that he was having a good time (too much fun)… Thank you again!!!”

She sent us SO MANY fun and cute pictures of Pebbles while we were out of the country that I felt super reassured. “There is no better feeling than coming back from a trip to find that your dog wants to stay and play some more - though it was sad to find out i was so easily replaced! Of course he was happy to see us but then pretty much went back to playing with the other dogs and then ran back over to Margaret to visit her. This was my experience when i came to pick up Snickers and this is definitely not always the case when i have had him stay elsewhere. Also, from what i can tell he seemed to have eaten all the food we had alloted and didn't seem especially hungry once we got home. All that to say that it points to him having a great and stress-free time. He was just tuckered out from playing so much :) This was our first stay with Margaret and I found her to be very responsive and clear in all our communications. Ours was a last minute request where we needed to go out of town for long weekend to finish up our move to LA. When our return trip got delayed, she accomodated a request to delay our pickup until the next day. She really removed all the stress of boarding our little pup . One the the perks of boarding with Margaret was the cast of playful dogs you might find in her shaded backyard/play area. She seems thoughtful in assessing how the various dogs will get along and has plans in place should any dogs need to be in separate areas. Mr. Snickers hasn't had a lot of opportunity to socialize with dogs since we moved so this was a real boon for us. Last point to add is that she regularly sent us updates with pix and videos so we had a sense of how it was going each day. In short, she does her best to make a home away from home for the dogs she cares for and I'd highly recommend her.”

About: I grew up with cats and have always loved animals, but dogs have my heart these days — I have a 4-year-old dog of my own. Due to a recent life change, I only have him with me a couple of weeks a month, and I miss having a dog around way more than I expected. That’s what brought me to Rover — I want to fill that gap by giving another pup the love and attention I’d normally be giving mine. About: Hi! Welcome! I have been a cat mom for 16 yrs, but sadly my beloved cat, Mittens passed away in May 2025. I miss him dearly! And I deeply miss having a fur baby in my life! But since I’m not ready to get a new pet, I would like to give my love, attention and experience into taking care of other people’s pets! I am extremely experienced with taking care of cats and I have taken care of family and friend’s dogs before, and now several times professionally on Rover, that it’s made me fall in love with dogs just as as cats! I live in a one bedroom apartment that is 1000-1500 sqft and I don’t have a backyard or personal balcony, but live in a very safe residential neighborhood, so walking dogs outside at anytime of the day is completely safe and fine. My living room is a reasonable size (1000 sqft), which is why I only board small to medium sized dogs; however, I work from home, so I’m always able to take the dogs out to get some much needed air, sun and exercise daily, so they don’t get too cooped up or bored indoors. I also always make it a priority to turn the AC and fans on at my place, so they can stay cool and comfortable at all times. Furthermore, I have used the Rover App before to have my own late cat boarded with a pet sitter on here, so I fully understand the comfort and the need for owners to have pet sitters send photos, videos and daily updates of their pets to them, therefore, I always make that a priority and I am more than happy to do that! I firmly believe and take it very seriously that a pet sitter should always respond immediately and be absolutely communicative at all times!

I take pet sitting very seriously and treat my dog visitors like family. I have a fenced yard with gate closers. There is a pool available to dogs that enjoy it - but only if I’m supervising . I work from home most days, so I love to get out and take a long walk to break up the day - and canine company is always a plus. My flexible schedule allows me to give great care and attention! Most of the dogs I take care of have varying needs, so I'm comfortable following schedules involving medications. I do frequent over night and extended stays as well. I also have a lot of experience with pets who need regular medication. I work at home with a flexible schedule. About: Hello! In 2017 I met my first friendly street cat which sent me on a journey from “strict dog person” to “cat lady.” I have since adopted two cats, Bean and Raisin, and fostered more than a dozen adult cats and kittens. I also work closely with an organization doing TNR in my community--trapping neighborhood cats and spay/neutering them. I have a 2nd bedroom that I use as both my office and cat zone with toys if your cat needs his/her own space but am also a friendly home for a rambunctious cat. Bean is very passive and chill, while Raisin just wants to make friends and play. I’m a trusted cat mom and foster mom and will cuddle your fur babies just like you would if you were home with them! I know how important it is to a pet parent's peace of mind while away from their animal to know how they're doing so I always make sure I send pictures and regular updates. Please note that due to my cats, I only board other cats in my home—no dogs. And I only board one client at a time. Rover doesn't give the opportunity to specify this. I can do drop ins for other animals in your home no problem! I work from home and can occasionally have period of hiatus from work with lots of free time to dedicate to doing drop ins and being there for any boarding guests. I am very strict about indoors only for cats given my history with TNR. Also because I'm an experienced trapper, if somehow your cat escapes my care, I have the skills and equipment and knowledge to get them back for you. I don't leave boarding guests alone with my cats without supervision, even when sleeping, unless enough time has passed that I can trust them all together.
About: I have been volunteering for doggy daycares since I was 11. I volunteered at the pound for about 2 years, helping with special care, walks, and pet adoption. I've also been trained in proper dog walking etiquette as well. I've done a few overnights, but my experience lyes in dog sitting and dog walking. I have worked with disabled pups and follow special care instructions very well. I'm great with multiple dogs at a time ranging in different sizes.

“There is no better feeling than coming back from a trip to find that your dog wants to stay and play some more - though it was sad to find out i was so easily replaced! Of course he was happy to see us but then pretty much went back to playing with the other dogs and then ran back over to Margaret to visit her. This was my experience when i came to pick up Snickers and this is definitely not always the case when i have had him stay elsewhere. Also, from what i can tell he seemed to have eaten all the food we had alloted and didn't seem especially hungry once we got home. All that to say that it points to him having a great and stress-free time. He was just tuckered out from playing so much :) This was our first stay with Margaret and I found her to be very responsive and clear in all our communications. Ours was a last minute request where we needed to go out of town for long weekend to finish up our move to LA. When our return trip got delayed, she accomodated a request to delay our pickup until the next day. She really removed all the stress of boarding our little pup . One the the perks of boarding with Margaret was the cast of playful dogs you might find in her shaded backyard/play area. She seems thoughtful in assessing how the various dogs will get along and has plans in place should any dogs need to be in separate areas. Mr. Snickers hasn't had a lot of opportunity to socialize with dogs since we moved so this was a real boon for us. Last point to add is that she regularly sent us updates with pix and videos so we had a sense of how it was going each day. In short, she does her best to make a home away from home for the dogs she cares for and I'd highly recommend her.”

About: I had an English Cocker Spaniel growing up, as well as a Miniature Schnauzer that lives back in Russia with my parents, who is now 17 years old! :) I lived with a Shiba Inu for the first few months of his life and know their personality really well. I always happily take care of my friends’ dogs when they’re away. I have extensive experience with Spaniels, Miniature Schnauzers, Cavapoos, Shiba Inu, Dalmatians and others, as you may see in the photos. I work from home, 8-4 PST, Monday to Friday, and happy to keep a dog company while at it - he’ll do the same for me! I live in an apartment, no yard, I’d never leave the dog out of sight. While on a walk, the dog would always be on a leash.
