About: Hi! I’m a dog mom of a senior long hair chihuahua. I love all animals and am so happy to come spend time with your beloved furry family members. I’m very comfortable with giving medications and taking special care with older dogs that need extra assistance. I’m working from home right now and have a very flexible schedule for walks and drop ins! I will try to accommodate your scheduling needs. I use Rover a lot myself and I know it can be a little anxiety inducing to use a new walker/sitter. I really love animals and aim to be a calm, loving presence for them. Comfortable with administering medications and taking extra care with special needs pets.

About: I’m a patient person that’s great at matching energy’s and very respectful of others spaces. I have had personal experience with giving dogs medication. I think annals are people too and that they feel with what we feel. I’m currently in college part time, and have time to help others with there dogs. I am available weekend and some weekdays for pet sitting and walking. I have recently lost my dog, but I have had dogs all my life and taken care of the when they have been well and unwell.

About: I have pet sat for friends and family over the years and view each pet I care for as a friend. I promise to look after your animal with care, compassion, and love. I am currently off from work during the summer and my availability is mostly during the week, but I am willing to adjust to your pets’ schedule. I will handle your animal with the amount of care you yourself would, and make sure all his/her needs are met so they can feel safe while they await your return.

About: I grew up with both cats and dogs and have a strong understanding of animal body language and positive reinforcement (R+) training. I have experience dogsitting, walking and caring for dogs with a range of energy levels and temperaments. At home, I live with a nervous, high-energy 5-year-old dog, so I’m especially comfortable supporting pets who need structure, calm handling, and a bit of extra understanding. I also spent nearly a decade volunteering with a cat rescue, working with personalities ranging from rambunctious lovers to feral scaredies, but my favorites were always the shy kitties that needed a little bit of extra attention to feel safe. Pet care with me is an inclusive and personalized experience. I want to make sure that your animal receives the exercise and enrichment they need, but that they are also safe at home. This may include checking and refilling water, turning AC on or off at your discretion, feeding, light grooming, or the administration of medication. I am happy to clean up accidents, take out trash, and collect mail while you're out of town. I am also happy to walk at your dog's pace, whether that's a slow sniff walk or an excited stroll, and I can even incorporate training and treats into a walk if you desire. I like to spend some time bonding with both cats and dogs, whether that includes cuddles or play. I trust that you'll book enough time to meet your pet's individual needs. Note, for everyone's safety I will not approach an animal that is wary or aggressive so if your animal is afraid of strangers, please consider booking extra sessions so that your pet can acclimate to my presence (I am also always ready to do a complimentary meet-and-greet for new clients). I am trained in both the dog and cat fear signals, and usually pickup on subtler signs of stress. I will also use my discretion regarding weather conditions - if it's too hot, rainy, or smoky to safely walk your animal I'd be happy to provide them with play and potty breaks closer to home. In addition to Rover's guarantee I am insured and pet CPR certified. I am available most weekdays for drop-in visits and dog walks, and I’m flexible with timing so I can best support your pet’s usual routine and needs. I have a fenced yard and a friendly 5-year-old 40-lb dog that loves to play. At your house, I am willing to work with whatever your needs are. I know every animal is different. Let me know how your pet likes to be approached, what kind of training commands they're familiar with any special care needs needs, such as medication. I prefer to do meet-and-greets with new clients, especially with shy or temperamental animals.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages before, from terriers to Scotch collies. These dogs have ranged in age as well, with some being as young as 1-3 and the oldest being 15. I make sure to communicate frequently to ensure pets receive thoughtful and fun care that is also respectful of their boundaries. I’m a teacher and currently on summer break, so my time for pet care is pretty open and prioritized right now! Rover is my primary focus at the moment, so let’s chat about some care for your pet! Whenever in a new environment, I make sure to inspect all possible exits or potential areas for danger or risk for pets. Additionally, respecting your home and your boundaries is a top priority of mine! I don’t use things unless I’ve asked about them and will communicate if a situation ever arises. I don’t have boarding as an option at the moment, but if that ever changes, pet safety and comfort is always a priority!

About: We have 2 friendly, large, high energy pups and recently decided to offer boarding after we went away for a weekend and experienced how hard it was to find great care for our girls. We hike/ take long walks daily & are happy to bring your pup along on our adventures! We are a dog-loving couple with 2 friendly dogs of our own. We are available for boarding and dog daycare throughout the week. Boarding includes a 3+ mile walk! I have a partially fenced yard & a fully enclosed patio where they can nap in the sun, plus two friendly dogs to keep your pup company and show them the ropes.
