About: I'm fortunate to have cared for animals since childhood and find true joy in treating others pets as my own. Family, friends and neighbors have relied on my consistency, responsibility and compassion when they need someone to look after their babies. I am very comfortable with multiple animals, senior care and challenging personalities. I am able to remain calm in chaos and understand the importance of communication. My three-year old German Shepherd mix, Pharaoh, keeps me on my toes and engaged with the latest in pet parent world! Currently in between jobs which allows me to be flexible depending on the needs of the client and their pets. While I do have my own boy dog, Pharaoh, our routine can be adjusted without issue. I will follow the exact instructions needed and am very communicative in terms of sending photos, videos and ensuring there are no disruptions to a pets routine. “We had Don watch our 3 year old dog for 3 nights and 4 days. He was absolutely the perfect sitter. He arrived at 5:30AM so we could have our dog be with him while we headed to the airport to relieve any anxiety and stayed until 7:00PM so we could get back not too late with our dog being alone. Don was very kind, sweet, and attentive towards our dog. He asked for a detailed item list for his stay, he sent us a ton of photos and videos without us having to always ask, and reached out to help clean up sheets, vacuum, take the trash out before his stay ended. You can tell he has a passion for dogs and truly enjoys spending time with them. I would highly recommend Don if you are looking to enjoy your vacation or time away and want to feel like you can trust someone to make your dog happy. We look forward to hiring him again next time we are out of town. He will be our first choice in sitters moving forward.”
