She is warm and comforting and has gone the extra mile to help with my dog Lola, who is challenging due to her age and health issues. On a day that Lola was having some emergent symptoms, Kasumi stayed with her for over an hour until I could get home from work. I am so grateful she has been such a patient friend to my pup. I would highly recommend her, she is truly an animal person and is intuitive and loving treating each pup like they were her own.”
