We had a great meet and greet with my dog in the days leading up to it, where we talked about his history and his impressive life-long experience with dogs. He also continued learning and understanding my dog’s quirks, habits, and what would be the best course of action in each scenario — Feeding, walking, giving physical attention, and when to leave him be and give him his space. He was incredibly thoughtful and patient with Ahsoka during her seven-day stay, and she can be very particular! He even went the extra mile to figure out how to get her to finish her kibble and find the perfect placement for her bed at his place. We were able to travel comfortably overseas knowing she was in the best hands with Sam, something I can seldom say. He provided tons of photos and hilarious updates, which clearly showed how much he bonded with our little one. It was evident he genuinely cared for her as her personality shined through, meaning she was incredibly comfortable with him.
