She made my girl feel right at home and sent regular pics and videos which made me feel confident about her care from start to finish. And I am so glad to have booked with Brendan. Moose stayed with him for 5 days and came back super tired from the adventures with Brendan. Our pup Goose stayed with them for about a week, and he had an awesome time getting his paws wet and playing in the backyard with Huxley and their daughter (she is great with dogs too!). If I could give more stars I would!! Jana & Sam (& their boys!) were incredible. They took such wonderful care of my senior dog Sophie and were so great with communicating updates, sending photos, answering questions, and always got back to me quickly. Her boys were so sweet and gentle with my girl, too, and Jana shared some seriously cute photos of them interacting. They even took her to one of the boys’ baseball games (and of course made sure it was okay with me first) and it seems like Sophie had a blast there running around. They have a beautiful home and had a yard where Sophie could go out, which was really nice, and they also allowed her to hang out on the couch with them, something I know she throughly enjoyed! They were flexible with drop-off/pickup times, too, and even allowed me to extend the stay an extra night when my plane was unexpectedly delayed. Sophie did unfortunately have a couple of unforeseen health challenges arise during her stay (of course said challenges had nothing to do with Jana or Sam! Just some age-related stuff) and they handled everything so well, they were so communicative, honest, and went out of their way to take her to the urgent care vet as I couldn’t get an appointment with my primary vet until after I returned. They spent time calling around, gave me multiple options, gave me an idea of the cost, and allowed me to choose which one they took her to, making sure I was involved throughout every step. They provided honest input when asked (I am terribly indecisive sometimes and asked for their opinion), made sure I was able to speak with the vet during the visit and that I knew exactly what was happening during the appointment, and they never overstepped any bounds, respecting any decisions or wishes I had about how to proceed with the treatment. By the time I picked Sophie up from her stay, she was almost completely recovered and happy as a clam. It was clear she had had a great time and that she was extremely well cared for. Jana also provided me with detailed notes when I picked her up about the medication the vet had prescribed, as well as notes about her health and behavior that were extremely helpful, as I only just adopted her a couple of months ago and am still learning about her patterns and behaviors. I’m sure there’s something I’m missing, but long story very long, they were absolutely incredible. Having only recently adopted Sophie, I was nervous about traveling and having to leave her, but knowing she was in such good hands while I was away lifted that huge weight of anxiety/worry off my shoulders, and I just can’t thank Jana & Sam enough! 20/10 - highly highly recommend!
Hailey took wonderful care of our 6-month-old puppy, Piper, while we were away for a week. She sent lots of updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind, and was always quick to respond whenever we had questions. It was clear that Piper was having a great time and getting plenty of attention and care. We came home to a happy puppy, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’d absolutely book with Hailey again for boarding or any other service. Highly recommend!
Oliwia was absolutely fantastic and took care of our furry kids as of her own! She sent lots of pictures and videos and shared updates daily. One of my boys got a pretty bad case of allergies and she went above and beyond trying to help him. I can’t thank her and her husband Phil enough for being so caring and kind to our Cholo and Ermano!!!
This was a wonderful experience—our dog was so well cared for and clearly loved being with Yeyen. She was so great at communicating and sending pics and clearly is responsible, kind, and a dog lover. Will absolutely use leave our Charlie with her again, so grateful!
I really couldn’t have asked for better guardian angels for our girls than Limo and her family. How lucky we are to have stumbled upon her profile. Limo made the hard separation flawless with more photos and updates than I could’ve asked for as a reasonable Roveree. Thank you Limo for taking such good care of our precious babies! I’ll also just mention that our dogs spent the first night back waiting in front of the door for their “new” family 🥹. That says it all!
