About: I grew up watching my grandfather train dogs. My earliest memories have always included dogs. I had two Rhodesian Ridgebacks which I trained to off leash commands. I rescued a terrier mix that was badly damaged from a dust-up in the streets of Carson. I recently had to say good-bye to him on 2/20/2026. All of my dogs got extensive morning and evening walks at the beach or the park and numerous intermittent walks in the neighborhood during the day. I work from home as a recruiter and have consistently had at least one dog and up to three before my children went to college. I am very much in tune with knowing when a dog needs to burn off energy or has gotten restless. I look at going for walks dog as therapy for both of us. I like to allow the dog to time to take sights and smells and never hurry through the walk. Pets are welcome anywhere but my bed. I work part time from home, so I'm very flexible and ready to come care for your pet! Never be afraid to reach out on short notice.
