“Maddi provides extraordinary care from the minute you meet her. She has a kind and loving spirit and my dog was immediately obsessed with her. At our meet and greet she asked meaningful questions that revealed to me the depth of her knowledge and ability to step in and care for an animal family member. I’m very nervous about leaving my dog and Maddi made me and my pup feel very at ease. While I was away she provided regular communication and photos- I could tell my dog was having a joyful and meaningful time with her. I would definitely recommend Maddi and if my dog could speak or type I know he would too! Thank you Maddi!”

She often goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that her pets are taken care of and would treat any animal as her own. Luelle did a great job looking after Milo back in college and I always certain that Milo was happy, safe, and being spoiled of course! In addition to her strong competencies in pet care, Luelle is an extremely dependable, organised and approachable person. She has become a great friend of mine over the years, and I’m sad she moved back to California!”
