About: I have lots of experience caring for dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, and following specific care instructions. I understand the importance of keeping pets safe, happy, and on their regular routine. As an active and reliable person, I enjoy giving dogs plenty of exercise, attention, and affection while their owners are away. I am currently not working so I have plenty of time to pop in for a home visit and take your of your furry friends! Safety and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets. I make sure pets have fresh water, follow feeding schedules, provide plenty of exercise and attention, and carefully follow any instructions provided by the owner. About: I have been surrounded by animals since childhood. I grew up in Colombia helping my grandmother on her farm, where I cared for dogs, cats, chickens, horses, pigs, and cows. That experience taught me respect, patience, and love for animals of all kinds. My strongest experience is with dogs. I have been caring for my own Pomeranian for over 11 years, and for the past 2 years I have also provided paid pet care for my friend’s dogs. I have experience with puppies as young as 5 months old, as well as senior dogs. One of the most meaningful experiences in my life was caring for my friend’s 13-year-old dog, Layla, during her final days while she was battling liver cancer. Being able to support her with love, comfort, and close attention reinforced my commitment to compassionate pet care. I currently work as a bookkeeper, mostly from home, which allows me to organize my schedule flexibly. This makes it easy for me to provide attentive pet sitting, boarding, and companionship during the day. I generally prefer pet sitting in the owner’s home, but I am also open to short stays in my home, such as weekends, depending on the situation. Longer stays can be discussed if needed. I believe pets are family, and I treat them with the same love and respect I give my own dog. I enjoy talking to dogs, keeping them company, and making sure they feel safe and emotionally comfortable, especially in new environments. I carefully follow all instructions provided by the owner, including feeding routines, medication, walking schedules, and special needs. Regarding food, I prefer to feed pets only the food provided by the owner. If authorized, I am happy to prepare or purchase food following the owner’s exact instructions. I pay close attention to each dog’s condition, preferences, and sensitivities. Dogs in my care are never left unattended. Owners are welcome to bring their dog’s favorite toys, bed, or blanket to help them feel at home. With owner approval, I also enjoy taking dogs to nearby parks so they can enjoy fresh air and gentle exercise.

About: I’m a dog lover with years of experience. I’ve had my own dogs from 2005-2024, but most recently have been fostering for a local rescue. I’ve fostered with Westside German Shepherd Rescue and A Purposeful Rescue, and have experience with senior dogs, medical needs, reactive dogs, all sizes (from toy to giant), and run a structured, tight ship! I grew up with Boxers, my own dogs were terriers and a German Shepherd, and most recently I fostered a sweet Belgian Malinois. There are no full-time pets in my home, but since I foster, there may be overlap on a case by case basis. I currently work from home M, W, Th, F, and am home on weekends. I live in an apartment, so potty breaks are done via neighborhood walks. Safety is paramount with me. My building’s courtyard is fenced, and I utilize crate training and separate rooms when multiple dogs are in my care. I carry pepper spray on walks, am hyper vigilant of my surroundings, and as a “Type A” person :D follow owner instructions to the letter.

I've loved and cared for animals my whole life — hamsters, bunnies, dogs — and I've always been the go-to person for friends, family, and neighbors when they need someone trustworthy to watch their pets. My biggest teacher was my dog Carter, a Formosan I raised from 8 weeks old and had the privilege of loving for 11 wonderful years. She was very energetic, and living with her every day for over a decade taught me a lot about walking, training, and understanding midsize dogs with real intensity and drive. Carter passed recently, and caring for other dogs now feels like the most natural way to keep giving the love and attention she taught me how to give. Through her, I discovered a real knack for working with anxious, shy, and high-energy dogs. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all care — I take the time to get to know each dog's temperament, quirks, and needs, because just like people, every dog is different. Some want a calm, steady presence. Some want to run until they're happily exhausted. I meet them where they are. I'm fully remote, so your dog will have consistent company throughout the day, and I'm just up the street from the dog park — walks and outdoor time are a given, not an afterthought. If your pup needs someone patient, experienced, and genuinely attentive, I'd love to meet them. I am self-employed and make my own schedule so I am available for reoccurring walks and/or one off drop in’s as needed. About: I’ve taken care of many different dogs with different temperaments, from an aggressive, rescue chihuahua to a laid back elderly golden retriever. My favorite part of caring for animals is hanging out with and seeing all kinds of personalities in animals! I would love to provide a safe space for your pet! I’m currently a full-time worker (9-5), but am available most weekday nights and weekends if informed ahead of time! As for boarding, I work close by and am available at noon to feed, walk and check in on your pet. During boarding, I keep my nights free:-) I have no other pets or children in my home, so it will be extremely stress free for your pet! My apartment has a fenced shaded garden area I can take your pet. My neighborhood is very quiet, shaded, and peaceful— perfect for walks!
