BOOKING POLICIES: To provide the highest quality care and maintain a peaceful environment for every dog, I ask clients to keep the following in mind: • I board one guest dog at a time (in addition to my resident dog, Luigi). This allows me to provide individualized attention and maintain a calm home environment. • Some first-time boarding guests may be asked to complete a daycare visit before an overnight stay, particularly puppies, newly adopted dogs, or dogs with little previous boarding experience. This helps ensure a safe and successful experience for everyone. • Advance booking is appreciated, especially for recurring services, weekends, and holidays, as my schedule often fills quickly. • Same-day and next-day bookings may be accepted based on availability and may be subject to a short-notice fee. • Because I reserve time specifically for each client, I ask that schedule changes and cancellations be kept to a minimum whenever possible. • Visits within Santa Monica’s metered parking zone (approximately 23rd Street to Ocean Avenue) include a $2 parking surcharge per visit. I work approximately 15 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings, which gives me the flexibility to provide consistent, individualized care throughout the rest of the week. My goal is never to rush from one booking to the next, but to give each dog the time, attention, enrichment, and companionship they deserve. Safety and trust are my highest priorities. About: I volunteered at Muttville Senior Dog Shelter throughout high school where I fed and walked dogs, as well as administered medications and cared for dogs coming out of surgery. I have very few things scheduled so my routine is extremely flexible. When I pet sit, I’m ideally providing 24/7 care, with a good amount of walks depending on the individual dog’s need, as well as feeding at the same times each day. About: Dogs have always been a part of my life. When I didn’t have my own, I always took care of my friends and family dogs. I have always had a special relationship with each individual pup, and I would love to get to know all the quirks and needs of your precious dog(s). About: I've had dogs growing up my entire life so I've always been lucky to play with and take care of a furry friend! I've personally grown up with a Black Lab, a Jack Russell Terrier, and most recently, our Shih Tzu named Diego! Each pup has been so different and I've loved being able to love on them and care for such loving and cuddly dogs! In addition to the dogs my family has had/still has, I've taken care of neighbors' dogs on and off for the past 5 years through either walks throughout the day, trips to the park, or overnight visits. I love being with dogs however I can so I can't wait to meet your sweet fur baby! I'm currently working full-time but only go into the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, which allows me to be much more flexible on those days, and typically have open availability on weekends as well if that fits better into your dog care schedule! I live in an apartment complex that allows dogs in the building so your pup would be safe and happy here. Additionally, I live just a short walk from Westwood Park so I would easily be able to walk your dog over to the park to play outside and interact with other pups (as long as interacting with other pups is okay with you)!
