About: Hi there! Huge fan of furry, four-legged friends here. I have 9 years cumulative experience working directly with dogs in a doggy daycare setting as well as through the Wag! app(cats too!). My experience with animal care in general extends back to since I was a young adult caring for family pets and neighbors’ pets. Most of those animals were cats and dogs, though I did also care for rabbits and reptiles. I’m excited to be here and looking forward to meeting new people and animals through this platform! :) In addition to pet care, I have one job that requires me to be away from home on Mondays from 11am-4pm. Beyond that, I have some scheduled and scattered dog walks throughout the week that are nearby (10:30am-4pm) so I am able to pop back and forth frequently to check in on boarded animals that might be staying over! I have a gated yard, large kennel, dog bed, and tons of toys, treats, and bowls on site to accommodate your pup(s) or cat(s)! I don’t have any animals of my own at the moment, though I do have a decent number of plant babies in the house and yard. I also have a doggy first aid kit and I am planning on getting certified for CPR!
About: Lots of personal experience with elderly dog care(medication, assistance, oversight), puppy care with behavioral training, from tiny chihuahuas to big playful boxers! My work experience has had me visiting different homes all over the city for years and I've always been able to bond with a family pet! I live in a wonderful home with 3 doggies, one of which is a year old and has needed regular supervision! Much of my work is done remotely and never keeps me busy for more than an hour, and pet care is a great fit, most Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays all day and overnight I would be able to watch your pets and provide regular care! I am used to a fenced yard for homecare, dogs allowed on the furniture, and occasional leashed walks, but I am happy to hear house rules and care for your pets the way you prefer

We had an initial visit and they were clearly open to learning and adapting to Edna's environment and home. Edna is lovable but rambunctious at first but that did not jolt or seem to effect S and G. They kept me fully abreast of everything about Edna during my vacation, from her diet, to exercise to her mood. You cannot go wrong with Shanelle and Gaelen! Highly highly recommend!”
About: I grew up with hunting dogs, mostly labradors, and for years, I have taken care of friends’ dogs when they’ve been out of town or need to work overtime for a bit. Much like dogs, I need enough active time during the day to really get good rest later, and I’d love to help your dogs get the attention they need! Disclaimer: I’m not a runner. If your dog needs a good run, we’ll need a dog park nearby where they can go off-leash. I’m currently running my own business from home and have a lot of availability during “normal” working hours. About: I have been obsessed with animals of all kinds since birth but my love for dogs started with my very first pup - Buck the black lab, who I grew up with. As I kid I started my own dog walking business putting up posters all around the streets of Long Beach. And then my very first job as a teenager was at PetSmart at their Pet Hotel caring for dogs in boarding and doggie daycare. Since then I have consistently volunteered in dog rescue working at adoption events and caring for dogs onsite at their facilities. While I am working on building my own small business, nothing would bring me more joy than you care for your sweet pups while you're away. I am available to walk and check in on your pet (or even take them on a nice hike) most weekdays especially in the morning or midday hours. I am available some weekends as well if planned in advance! I have a lot of experience house and pet sitting so I take caring for a pet inside of their own space very seriously. Dogs LOVE routine so I am more than happy to follow all of the typical feeding, medication, and training routines that you have already established with your pet. We can also go on walking routes that your dog is already most comfortable with.

About: I have loved taking care of pets ever since I was young. I always stop to play with any dogs I see, as long as the owner allows! I have looked after my cousin’s dog on many occasions and I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for seniors while working at an assisted living facility for a year. I have so far worked with three satisfied clients pet sitting dogs and cats through Rover! I’m currently working part-time while in grad school both online, and have a lot of time on my hands to take care of and play with dogs and cats during the day! About: I have taken care of dogs my entire life, I always loved animals growing up! I have a Shiba Inu who I absolutely adore with all my heart but she is back in Texas while I try to settle down here in Los Angeles! So I do miss having a furry friend around/ someone who I can give all my love to! Melanie is an absolute top tier cat sitter for our two girlies! We’ve worked with Melanie for drop ins for up to two weeks and have always been SO happy.
