I’ve always had a genuine love and passion for animals and I worked as a vet assistant for 4 years as my first job! I often volunteered at farms and cat rescues during college. I recently started fostering and was able to get a kitten adopted. Any pets that will come into my care will be treated with genuine love and respect. 💕

To someone who has a reactive dog with resource guarding, finding a dog sitter can be challenging. I’ve used the same dog sitter for almost 8 years and was hesitant to see how my reactive dog would do with a new sitter. My dog loved Melissa and I felt comfortable handing him off with no concerns. She also has experience with reactivity and resource guarding so the process did not feel worrisome.
Once again, Melissa went above and beyond for our sweet girl, Joey. I always appreciate her flexibility when we are running late, her daily updates with photos, and her way of making sure Joey feels safe, especially when we drop her off and she gets a little anxious. Can’t recommend her enough! :)
Melissa helped dog sit our dog last minute and everything went super smoothly! We loved all the pics we got.
Melissa was so great with our two orange cats while we were on vacation! She was super communicative, and our brief video chat before her visit put my mind at ease. She was so sweet with our kitties and even spent time playing with them and giving them pets, which they loved. I will definitely book Melissa again next time we need a kitty sitter!

I’m currently a full-time student and have plenty of time during the day to give your pet the care and attention they need! I often go on walks and runs and can incorporate your dogs into my routine. For cats, I am available to meet their needs whether it’s affection or simply enjoying each others company.
