About: There have been dogs that don’t like one of their owners to leash them but after a couple of times love me to let them do so - I think that’s pretty special I work part time in retail and am as friendly with customers as I am with pets, if not more so lol they know I’m there to let them go out and see/smell the world I think I love caring for pets in their own home because they feel more comfortable and it’s nice to see them play in their own yard because they’re more comfortable as well as just being able to take a walk around their hood

About: I've taken care of small and big dogs that are great with children. I started out with friends and their dogs and have decided to dog-sit for others. I'm pretty much available. If I'm not in the gym, I'm a mom and I'm dedicated to being free for any school or fun activities. I take my sons to the park, and we love long walks. So your fur baby 🐶 will get plenty of sun 🌞. I have a fenced-in driveway and backyard and can easily crate your pup if requested. About: My partner and I are life-long dog-owners and dog-lovers, we hope to open up our home to local pets! We currently have our own dog, Ruby (12 years old), who loves hanging around other dogs and plays very well with them. We already care for our pet pretty much 24 hours a day, so it is easy for us to add an extra set of paws to our daily routine. Shenelle currently works from home every day and I work from home 4 days a week, so we're able to make sure to offer around the clock care to the pets in our home. Rest assured that your dog will have our attention, as we both work from home and have a puppy monitor set up in our home. We have enough toys for our pets to share, and a small semi-fenced backyard. There is one opening that is not fenced, and if you would prefer we do not let your dog outside, we are happy to honor your wishes.

About: My name's Kat and I absolutely love dogs! I've been taking care of them for over 20 years. I also volunteer at the local animal shelters as a dog walker so am extremely comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. My current fur babies are a 16 year old Morkie (Maltese-Yorkie) named Sophie and a 6 year old poodle-bichon mix named Wally. We are a package deal. :) We live in a small house with beautiful fenced-in backyard in mid-city. Together, Sophie, Wally and I will make sure your pup has an amazing time during their stay! We look forward to meeting you! I work normal hours running a small business from home so am able to give lots of attention to your pup! We typically take 2 shorter walks a day, generally around 15-20 minutes each. I also take a longer walk (about an hour) around lunch time and will bring along any higher-energy dogs I’m watching who need more exercise. Playtime happens whenever your dog wants! Wally loves playing with his toys and other dogs, so they will have a playmate if they come over. The house is on the corner lot and has a fenced-in backyard that I let the pups out in every couple hours. I will always greet you first with Sophie and Wally outside to ensure the pups will be just fine, but Sophie and Wally are sweet and used to having friends around so that hasn’t been an issue in the past. Inside we have hardwood floors. The space is a decent size with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen area, so large enough to separate the dogs if needed. Dogs are allowed on the furniture. The pups have full roam of the house. They are both super chill. Sophie mainly cuddles up in her bed under my desk as I work or chooses to hide and sleep under my bed. Wally hangs out in the AC in the living room and watches out the front window - he’s the “neighborhood watch.”

Your pet will never be left alone, and I’ll make sure they stick to the routine they’re most comfortable with. Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. Before every stay, I take the time to learn about your dog’s routine, personality, medical needs, and any house rules you’d like me to follow. I have experience caring for puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with special needs, including administering oral medications and safely handling breeds that require extra care, like Dachshunds. My home provides a clean, calm environment where your dog can relax, play, and feel right at home. I’ll also send hourly photo and video updates so you always know how your pup is doing.
About: I’ve had multiple experiences these past few years of pet sitting (dogs/cats/smaller animals). I’m usually the go-to for my friends and family when it comes to boarding/long term pet care. I am super loving and very reliable. Personally owned a pair of guinea pigs for 6 years. I’m currently taking asynchronous classes in my own home. I do not have a full time job so I’m really flexible with my schedule. Additionally I’m very active so will regularly go on walks/hikes that I’d love to have a special furry friend to accompany. I have a fenced front yard that is great for intermittent potty breaks. My neighborhood is super walkable and our surrounding community is very safe and pet friendly. I’m 20 minutes drive away from the beach and hiking trails. Really experienced with caring for bigger dogs as well. Animal will be by my side at all times!
About: I have loved taking care of pets ever since I was young. I always stop to play with any dogs I see, as long as the owner allows! I have looked after my cousin’s dog on many occasions and I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for seniors while working at an assisted living facility for a year. I have so far worked with three satisfied clients pet sitting dogs and cats through Rover! I’m currently working part-time while in grad school both online, and have a lot of time on my hands to take care of and play with dogs and cats during the day! I will feed your pet, walk dogs, play with them and clean up after them as necessary. We’ve both worked with dog-reactive pups and understand how to provide calm, confident handling in a way that builds trust and keeps your dog feeling safe. Whether your dog needs extra patience, structure, or just lots of belly rubs—we’re here for it. I (India) also volunteer at Angel City Pit Bulls where I handle everything from high-energy large dogs to shy seniors, as well as pittens (kittens). Damien is allergic to cats, but has experience with cats as well and can manage with an allergy pill if I'm not available. We're excited to support local pet parents. My husband and I truly love your fur babies and treat every furry-legged friend like one of our own. We can’t wait to meet your pets! Our schedules are pretty flexible for the time being. We are mostly home-bodies and usually available. We can provide care in Baldwin Hills and up to (roughly) a 4 mile radius. We're not offering boarding services at this time but we follow all pet care instructions to a T. We know from experience how important it is for our pets to have their routine they can count on.

My pup Nala is a sweetheart but deals with a lot of reactivity issues and it’s hard to find someone with enough experience, patience, trust, and love to watch her while I’m out of town. Brittany was more than willing and able to work with her and give her a chance. Brittany was AMAZING with her. I didn’t worry once about Nala while I was out of the country. She walked her multiple times per day, played with her, made sure she was always safe, and gave her so much love. She already has crates for large dogs at her home, which made everything so much easier. She gave me lots of updates, pictures, and videos every single day. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, including many many guests, and I treat every animal in my house like family. I know that every guest needs something different and I put real effort into making sure they are comfortable and HAPPY. I do not believe in negative reinforcement, and I focus on building trust through patience. I know that settling into a new home can be overwhelming for some pups. To make this easy, my house is set up to cater to as many different needs as possible. I have a dedicated room (my gym) for dogs that need to be alone and watch Bluey on the TV in there, but I prefer to make my guests comfortable to lounge on the many dog beds I have scattered around the house. Also, my home features solid flooring, so I have 0 issue with catering to nerves while your fur baby is settling in. I do my best to make them comfortable while they are in a temporary new pack. I also have crates available if your dog finds comfort in that. Their choice. But otherwise, they have the run of the place just like any loved family animal should. I have a secure fenced yard and I never leave my guests outside even for a short time, and then they are back inside with me. I also play, however much your fur baby wants to. Fetch, soccer, whatever makes them happy. This is the best part of this job. My goal is to provide a calm, affectionate environment where your dog feels safe, understood, and truly at home while you’re away. I work as a consultant with a flexible schedule, which means I am home and available for my guests throughout the day. My routine is built around the dogs—we do morning yard time, afternoon play sessions (soccer and fetch are favorites), and plenty of lounging in between. Because I’m based at home, I can provide the consistent supervision and companionship that helps dogs feel secure when they are in a new space without their humans. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully secured, fenced yard for outdoor play, but I never leave guests unattended outside; we go out together and come back in together. Inside, my home is designed for dogs, featuring solid flooring for easy cleanup and a dedicated room with Bluey on TV for pups who need a break. Whether your dog prefers to snuggle on one of the many beds scattered around or on the couch or in an open crate, I happily accommodate their needs.
