About: Hi! My love for animals started young with trips to the SD Zoo, watching Animal Planet and The Wild Thornberrys, and transitioned to an enthusiasm for pet care when I got my first dog at 10. In recent years, I've provided pet care for friends, partners, and my parents - doing everything from beach days, hikes, and parks, to lazy days at home. I've house sat, popped in to walk dogs, and had dogs stay over at my apartment. I'm new to rover, but have no shortage of love for your pets. I am most easily identified as the girl who whispers "i love you" to any and all dogs that I pass by on the street. My full time job has recently closed our office on Fridays so I'm looking for a way to full my days while doing something I love! I can be available to board, walk, and pet sit from Thursday evening through the weekend! I would prioritize your needs around my weekend schedule. I have an apartment, so pets are able to chill and/or play at home with me and go on nice neighborhood walks, come along for adventures, or do whatever else you desire. If in your own home, I would treat your space with respect and follow any care instructions you provided.

About: Hi, I’m Amy! (Rover makes me use my government name 🤷‍♀️) I have two rescue dogs: Abby (5-year-old Formosan mountain dog, 35 lbs) and Ollie (2-year-old Goldendoodle, 65 lbs). I also volunteer for a dog rescue - check out Fetchin Retrievers Rescue! My pups are polar opposites: Abby is a skittish homebody, and Ollie is an energetic goofball. I can do everything from Abby-style chill cuddle sessions to Ollie-style crazy zoomies! My dogs are both rescues with an unfortunate past, and through caring for them and my volunteer work, I’m experienced in reading dogs’ body languages to take things at their pace, curbing unwanted behaviors, and training by positive reinforcement.

About: I am a cat person through and through but I love animals. I've been disappointed in pet services I've used for my own cats in the past so I feel that experience has lead me to be very kind and respectful to your animals. As a cat mother I know routine matters. I will do my best to come at the same time every visit. I currently have a part time job that I usually work at three times a week from 11-6. On those days I will have to come before or after work depending on pet owner preference of course. I have had to use pet sitting services in the past, some of which have left me feeling disappointed in the lack of patience and care. This experience makes me very sympathetic to animals needs and I will do my best to take care of your animal well. I'm also very respectful of your wishes and needs
