“Janelle was SO patient and sweet with our Moo! She was always punctual on time and we loved the photo updates she would take on the walks! This was our first time using Rover, and I am so happy Moo was in such great hands with Janelle. Will definitely be reaching out to her again!!”

About: I am an experienced dog walker for a couple years through Wag professionally with over 125 five star reviews and many repeat clients but I also have raised many dogs! I get super excited when I hear that a dog likes to pull a lot because I know they just want to run or jog so I have averaged 3 miles an hour. Safety is also a high priority. I am consciousness of my surroundings as I walk and will take an alternative route if I see another dog in the distance Just to be safe. I decided to walk dogs in my spare time cause I enjoy all breeds of dogs and being outdoors! A will give your dog a very enjoyable walk or run whichever they prefer!

“Highly recommended! Lexy took great care of our loved pet. She’s not only patient, but also kind. Received detailed photos and notes for each walk, so as the parents, we know what happened and we feel safe in mind even we are far from our pet. Will definitely ask Lexy for another favor if we needed in the future!”

“Myla is a responsible, communicative, and very kind dog walker. My dogs ADORE her. I am very glad I found her and would happily recommend her to anybody considering a dog walker.”
About: I have cared for dogs and cats since I was 10 years old. I was taught that the animals eat first because they can’t speak. I enjoy spending time with animals. They are great company I believe petting an animal can lower your blood pressure. Your pets need extra affection while you’re gone. I’m there for that. I am a retired mom of self-sufficient teenagers. My flexible schedule allows me to do overnights and weekends and multi night care. I look forward to these jobs. I’m experienced with crating. I love some dog walking exercise. I also really enjoy spending time in a backyard as long as it’s fenced in and secure.
About: I have a lifelong love for animals and many years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Growing up in a family with veterinary professionals in it, I absorbed a wealth of practical knowledge. I have a strong, understanding of pet health, safety, and hazard prevention. While I’m not a vet myself, I am fully comfortable administering medications, and managing specific care routines. I pride myself on being attentive, calm, playful, and reliable. Whether your pet is a high-energy pup with zoomies or a senior cat needing a gentle touch, they will be in safe, knowledgeable hands. I am currently working from home with an incredibly open and flexible schedule, your pet will have my undivided attention. My weeks are completely free, making me a perfect fit for pets who thrive on constant companionship, need frequent potty breaks, or require strict, time-sensitive medication schedules. Because I share a vehicle with my partner, my schedule is highly optimized for House Sitting. If you are looking for a sitter who doesn't just 'check in,' but actually hangs out, plays, and keeps your pet company all day long, I’m your guy!" For me, keeping pets safe and happy comes down to two things: sticking to their routines and treating them like my own. I have a lot of experience managing different personalities, medical needs, and schedules, so I know how important consistency is for a pet's peace of mind (and yours!). I have three strictly indoor cats of my own, so I’m used to managing a multi-pet household. I keep up with multiple litter boxes daily, make sure they always have fresh water and dry food, feed them wet food twice a day, and at minimum play with them an hour a day. I regularly look after an older dog who gets two hours of walks a day to keep him active. I make sure he’s fed at 8:00 PM on the dot, and because he loves his crate, I safely tuck him in there whenever I have to step out for a bit so he feels secure. I’m completely comfortable with specialized medical care. One of my regular clients has three cats, and one requires time-sensitive medications via an inhaler and oral syringe. I also have experience with modern pet tech, like automatic litter boxes, and I follow the owner's schedule for cleaning them out and refreshing the automatic water fountain.
“Love Cynthia! She’s so wonderful both with our dog and us. We trust her entirely with our boy and that’s so hard to find! I have recommended her to my friends and family - what higher praise is there!”

About: What sets me apart is my deep commitment to following your exact routine. I am attentive to detail whether your pet requires a strict medication schedule, extra potty breaks, or highly specific care instructions. I truly love animals and focus on giving them my undivided attention, plenty of affection, and the dedicated time they deserve. I am able to care for animals at least 5 times out of the week for 4-6 hours. Depending on the days required, I do have school at certain times a week. I have hobbies and obligations to do as well. I believe 4-6 hours is time that I do have depending on the day of course as mentioned. I could possibly even spend a full day if needed. Again this depends on the day of the week and month. The reason I can’t take in animals at my own home is because I simply don’t have enough space or else I totally would! Also, the baby of the bunch doesn’t do well with new comers. I feed my cats at least 3 times a day they beg like they haven’t eaten in days I might add. They often let me know when they want things by getting my attention and running to the bowl or to their toys or the door to be let out. They have a litter box with cat pellets so It doesn’t stink up the entire house. Laser pointer sessions and dangling cat toys are their favorite. Yes of course the box the cat trees come in are more fun than the actual tree. Cat trees are replaced often, my cats love to chat with me when I talk they talk back. They love wet food every twice a week with many ingredients. My dad’s dog I take care of while he’s on 1 year vacation loves hiking trails that I usually walk on haha. He prefers the best of the best kinds of dog food won’t eat anything else! He’s a good boy and they’re sometimes good cats since they like to knock things over every once in a while or try and pick at my food when I’m on a quick bathroom break. All in all it’s easy to take care of animals in my opinion my cats were not easy to take care of as kittens they needed a lot done and one of them always had issues with her bladder and glands. She’s better now thanks to God and me for the outrageous bills. I’d do it for every animal if I could but I just don’t have enough resources or money to do so. I do love animals and they deserve joy, a wide environment, and amazing care while they’re living and breathing.

“Anna did an amazing job with our senior dog. She sent daily pictures and updates and It was so nice not to have to worry about anything while we were away. Thanks so much, Anna! I will be in touch for when we go out of town next. Thanks for the sweet plant and card as well. You are the best!”

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I live in a nice home with a backyard. I also have experience with untrained dogs, giving dogs medicine, and taking care of puppies less than a year old. I am a recent college graduate, and I work in the restaurant industry. My restaurant of many years just closed so as I look for new work, I am having fun time taking care of pets. I used to wake up very early to take care of my old dog and had a strict feeding schedule for her, so I would love to help with any accommodations your dog might need. I have a fenced backyard, so lots of room to play! I would love to take on walks and just spend time with your pet. I am responsible and will stick to your feeding schedule. Looking forward to working with you all! I currently work part time so this is perfect for my schedule! I have always loved taking care of dogs, it helps me wake up early and get outside! About: I didn’t just grow up around animals, I grew up with them. From German Shepherds to Chihuahuas to a Russian Blue cat, pets were always family. That hands-on experience carries through today: I’m comfortable caring for dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, and turtles. I’m based right near Golden Gate Park and walk there regularly, so your dog gets a sitter who knows every trail, and genuinely loves being there! I recently graduated college and I’m in the city for the summer while I prepare for Grad school this Fall. I have lots of free time and would love to hang with some furry friends this summer :) I live in in the San Fernando Valley, which is a cute neighborhood. About: Having grown up with animals my whole life, it became evident early on that I would enjoy a line of work where I got to be around them and learn about them. By 13 years old, I was volunteering at an animal shelter; assisting in feeding, walking, and socializing dogs and cats. My first job at 17 was at a dog boarding/training facility, and by 18, I was working at my first veterinary clinic. It was a dream of mine and it became a catalyst to a wonderful future working with animals. I've worked mainly with dogs and cats but also have some experience with rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, and freshwater fish. I have worked with dogs and cats of all sizes/breeds/temperaments and am knowledgeable about animal behavior. I also have some grooming experience. Rest assured that your fur baby will be in good hands under my supervision. With nearly a decade of experience as a veterinary assistant, I possess the skills to take proper care of your pets. Whether they are seniors, have special needs, take medication, are in training, etc, find comfort in knowing that they will be well taken care of. * Tambien hablo espanol! I am a student and work part-time in healthcare. My flexible schedule allows me to be consistent with check-in and provide quality care to your fur babies. Most days I am sitting doing work and really look forward to taking your pups on walks or decompressing with your kitties. They help me just as much as I help them! I currently live in an apartment so space is a bit limited for those who have larger, high energy pups. However, long walks are done 3 times a day. This can include hikes, park days (I stay away from dog parks), and beach trips. I can crate your dog if needed and accommodate any special needs they require for bed time. Feeding can be scheduled or food can be left out for free-feeding. If your fur baby is taking medication, please be descriptive about what they will need and what method you use to administer medication if they typically don't like taking pills etc. I also like to have a list of their allergies (if they have any) as a precaution.
