I have two wonderful Pomeranians—one is a charming 20 lb tan furball, and the other is a delightful 9 lb blue merle sweetheart. We also have the pleasure of sharing our home with Yangi, our American Domestic Shorthair cat. Pets have been a central part of my life since childhood, having raised not only dogs but a variety of small pets including rabbits, hamsters, and guinea pigs. Jinny shares this passion for animals, and she has two beautiful German Shepherds that enjoy lounging in our large backyard. We understand the peace of mind that comes from knowing your pets are in good hands, and we strive to ensure that all animals in our care are treated with the love and attention they receive at home. Our household is perfect for pets needing a cozy stay. Jinny and her husband work from home, ensuring someone is always around to offer a comforting presence, while I am home most of the time during weekdays and all weekend. About: The first family pet o ever took care of was a calico cat named Keisha,. She had already been a member of he family for over a year before I was born so I guess it’s fair to say she took care of me for the first decade. That's the only time I can remember us having just one cat in my childhood. You've had all kinds of breeds and both indoor and outdoor cats alike. I have yet to own or take care of a Maine Coon and I sure would like to one day. I've always seemed to be the one that can get the cat to come out from hiding when no one else can.

About: I've never met a dog who does like me. I taught my own dog how to burp on command. I'm a former United States Marine. I own a 10.5 lbs wire hair terrier mix who literally wouldn't hurt a fly l. I work 100% from home as a web developer so I your dog will always have company with me. I have a fenced in courtyard and live in a sleepy neighborhood that is great for walking dogs. I'm stocked with all the treats, toys, and gear needed.

I work from home. I am available for early and late drop off. I can help in a pinch or for extended periods of time. I will follow your home routines for feeding, walks, play and sleep. Pets can be on the couch or our laps. We take 2-4 hour outdoor breaks, weather permitting. We use indoor cloth pee pads. If your dog isn’t good with cats, i will put my cat in a safe place.
About: I’ve been a pet owner for 25 years. I use to be a zookeeper for 8 years and have worked with exotic animals for over 10. I have basic training skills and am good with large dogs. I am currently working part time and have most days free and evenings as well. Local neighborhood walks or pick ups would be ideal, but not necessary. I currently do not have any other pets. I do have a fenced in back yard and live in a house. Bathroom breaks can happen frequently when boarding.

About: Since 2009, I have had dogs... I absolutely love them (and really all animals)! I cared for my two dogs until their passing at approximately 9 years of age since they were puppies. While in graduate school, I volunteered at the Oakland Animal Shelter for a few months taking care of pigeons, such as feeding them and cleaning their cages. So, if you have some unusual animals- I am open to taking care of them too! I also had a 2 week experience cat sitting for my cousin's senior cat by feeding/giving her water and general watching her. So, I have good experience with taking care of cats too although I have never had a cat personally. At the moment, I have my senior dog, Mr. Beau, an 11 year American Staff Terrier I adopted in 2023 at the shelter. While I was at the Oakland Animal Shelter, staff made it known that senior animals are the most often overlooked animals for adoption and that made me feel sad :( So once I was able to, I made it a mission to adopt a senior pup, and I am so happy and fulfilled with my decision. As with any senior (including humans), they come with special needs, such as different medications, loss of hearing, limited walking, increase in illnesses, etc. My dog has had many complications, but with my great patience with senior pups, I feel confident in taking care of their specific needs! I know what it is like to trust strangers with taking care of your pet- its scary! Mr. Beau has specific senior needs and is picking, so I hope my experience can make you feel more comfortable with choosing me to take care of your pet when you're away! Experience: senior dogs, puppies, cats, birds, or other types of pets. I am open-minded! I was laid off from my job at the end of June, so I while I am applying to full time work, I have time to take care of pets in the meantime to fill my weekly schedule! While I cannot provide pet sitting services at my own home because my dog is not friendly with other dogs (sad face), I am skilled in meeting with my where my clients are at. I love to ask questions about the pet's history, current physical state, quirks, boundaries, etc. so I don't cause unnecessary stress or issues. Depending on the pet's attitudes and boundaries, I am open to playing, walking, or just simply checking in on them. I want to try to make their environment as healthy and safe as possible, so for instance, if its too hot in the house, I'd like to verify with the owner is opening a window or using the air conditioner is okay.
About: I didn’t just grow up around animals, I grew up with them. From German Shepherds to Chihuahuas to a Russian Blue cat, pets were always family. That hands-on experience carries through today: I’m comfortable caring for dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, and turtles. About: What sets me apart is my deep commitment to following your exact routine. I am attentive to detail whether your pet requires a strict medication schedule, extra potty breaks, or highly specific care instructions. I truly love animals and focus on giving them my undivided attention, plenty of affection, and the dedicated time they deserve. I am able to care for animals at least 5 times out of the week for 4-6 hours. Depending on the days required, I do have school at certain times a week. I have hobbies and obligations to do as well. I believe 4-6 hours is time that I do have depending on the day of course as mentioned. I could possibly even spend a full day if needed. Again this depends on the day of the week and month. The reason I can’t take in animals at my own home is because I simply don’t have enough space or else I totally would! Also, the baby of the bunch doesn’t do well with new comers. I feed my cats at least 3 times a day they beg like they haven’t eaten in days I might add. They often let me know when they want things by getting my attention and running to the bowl or to their toys or the door to be let out. They have a litter box with cat pellets so It doesn’t stink up the entire house. Laser pointer sessions and dangling cat toys are their favorite. Yes of course the box the cat trees come in are more fun than the actual tree. Cat trees are replaced often, my cats love to chat with me when I talk they talk back. They love wet food every twice a week with many ingredients. My dad’s dog I take care of while he’s on 1 year vacation loves hiking trails that I usually walk on haha. He prefers the best of the best kinds of dog food won’t eat anything else! He’s a good boy and they’re sometimes good cats since they like to knock things over every once in a while or try and pick at my food when I’m on a quick bathroom break. All in all it’s easy to take care of animals in my opinion my cats were not easy to take care of as kittens they needed a lot done and one of them always had issues with her bladder and glands. She’s better now thanks to God and me for the outrageous bills. I’d do it for every animal if I could but I just don’t have enough resources or money to do so. I do love animals and they deserve joy, a wide environment, and amazing care while they’re living and breathing.

About: I am an experienced dogsitter/walker. Shy or nervous rescue dogs are no problem to me! I can handle any dog big or small, high energy, timid, low energy, giant breeds, etc. I'm currently working one day a week which means that weekdays at any time are highly flexible for me. I am flexible on most Sundays as well. I have a driver's license and personal car so I can drive anywhere needed! If your pup needs to stay longer (around 10–12 hours), especially with very early drop-off or late pick-up, an extra fee will apply. I own a 10.5 lbs wire hair terrier mix who literally wouldn't hurt a fly l. I work 100% from home as a web developer so I your dog will always have company with me.
