I’ve had pets around me pretty much my entire life, so caring for animals has always felt completely natural to me. I’m originally from Germany and now live in Los Angeles. I’ve also successfully raised three sons — so patience, responsibility, keeping routines running, and looking after someone who occasionally refuses to listen are definitely not new territory. I’m reliable, active, caring, and very attentive to individual personalities. Every pet has their own routines, boundaries, quirks, and very strong opinions about how things should be done — and I’m happy to adapt to them. My goal is simple: while you’re away, your pet gets a new second-favorite human — because I know better than to compete for first place. 🐾

She is extremely organized, reliable, and thorough, always ensuring that the animals in her care feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after. I have had the pleasure of spending many occasions with Alex while walking dogs together, during house sits, and when caring for friends’ pets. In every situation, she has shown the same level of dedication and responsibility. Caring for animals is something that comes naturally to her, and she consistently goes above and beyond to meet their individual needs. One example that perfectly reflects Alex’s caring nature was when we were at the beach with little Romeo. When he became cold, she immediately found a way to keep him warm and comfortable by cuddling him close and making sure he felt secure.
I had a wonderful experience with this cat sitter! She took such great care of Gigi and gave him lots of love and attention while I was away. I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in good hands. She was caring, reliable, and kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to care for their cat!
Alexandra has been an absolute gem. Super helpful with my schedule. She has taken care of walking my dogs whenever I can't . she has also stayed at my place on occasion when I have taken a vacation. I totally recommend her to you.
Klar — hier ist eine warme, richtig starke Rover-Bewertung: We couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of our 13-year-old Jack Russell, Jacko, during our four-week stay in Europe. Jacko is definitely not the easiest dog—at 13, he has a very strong personality and knows exactly what he wants! Alexandra was absolutely wonderful with him. She was incredibly responsible, reliable, patient, and caring, and somehow Jacko actually behaved better with her than he does with us! The two of them clearly became a great team, and it was obvious that Jacko felt completely comfortable and happy with her. Leaving an older dog who has been part of your family for so many years is not easy, especially for such a long period of time. Alexandra gave us complete peace of mind. We trusted her completely and would leave our beloved Jacko with her again in a heartbeat. We are incredibly grateful to Alexandra for taking such wonderful care of him and can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their dog. Schedule
I’m an author and work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I’m around throughout the day. I live directly by the beach, which makes regular walks and outdoor time an easy part of my routine. Your pet won’t just be squeezed into my schedule — I have the flexibility to adapt my day around their needs.

I’d also like to know how they usually react to other dogs, people, children, traffic, and being left alone. The more I know beforehand, the more comfortable and safe I can make their time with me.
