Within a few mins of submitting the request, Estefania replied and agreed to look after Tes with just 2 days notice before our trip. Additionally, Estefania was flexible to meet up in advance so that Tes would be familiar when she came to stay the next day. We received a daily update and from the outset felt safe knowing that Tes was in good hands. As Estefania has her own dog, it also gave us peace of mind that Tes would be well cared for.
