“Vuanh & Travis were one of the best Rovers I have had & I have been using this app for years now. Everyday the photos sent showed my dog Bella having the time of her life as she became acquainted with their 3 fur babies living with them. Each day the photos showed a clear message that Bella, Cheese, Crackers, & Pickles were becoming more than just acquainted, but the best of friends. It was clear that she was treated as part of the family by how comfortable she became snuggling with the other dogs & always having a smile on her face. The multiple walks they took everyday let me know that Bella's high-energy & adventurous attitude was taken into consideration greatly, which, for other rovers, I cannot say the same. They went above & beyond; Upon my arrival back to pick her up, she seemed like she wanted to stay a few more days (^^,). So glad we met her; she took care of my dog who just had surgery and has separation issues for three days… Bridgette was able to get him to settle down, administer medication, and provide many walks, play time, and snuggles on the bed. She also provided many photos and videos along with updates on how he was doing. I could not ask for a better experience- he even gave her a kiss goodbye! Sweet couple! Felt very comfortable leaving our fur baby with them. They sent pictures and video during her stay which gave us comfort in being away from her. Our baby looked comfortable and playful in the pictures and video. They reached out when they had a minor concern with her to let us know and ask for suggestions on treatment. We would definitely leave her with them again!
I cannot recommend Wooyoung enough! She was so warm, communicative, and helpful from start to finish. She stayed in constant contact while we were away, regularly sending photos and videos of our dogs happily playing or resting in her home...it was clear they felt comfortable and safe during their stay. I will absolutely reach out to Wooyoung again next time we need a caregiver for our dogs.

Melody is amazing! We are always extremely nervous when we have to go out of town without Sparky, we were blessed that Melody was available as she has watched Sparky in the past. She kept us updated, gave us information about how he was doing, and even took him on a little outing. I thought he would be so sad when he returned home, but he was full of energy with a huge smile on his face, which is an indicator that she did an amazing job. Brenda and David are wonderful pet sitters. This is the first time I worked with them and I was gone for a full week. They sent pictures and updates every day and my dog looked really happy and content. She also came home in a great mood which is so telling! They are great communicators and very easy to work with, as well as being warm, open people. I could tell right away when I met each of them that they are trustworthy and kind. Janae's service as a sitter is awesome. I love how close she was to our neighborhood. She was flexible and communicative. She was solution oriented even though Samson had a tough time adjusting. As this was his first time being away from home. She was also open to my recommendations in helping him adjust. I appreciate She had a system. She is truly a 5/5. Susana was wonderful with Au Lait! From the moment we dropped him off, she made him feel comfortable and kept us updated with thoughtful messages and photos throughout his stay. It was our first trial boarding, and she was incredibly patient, attentive, and experienced in handling his excitement and helping him settle in. We really appreciated how observant she was and the genuine care she showed him. Au Lait came home happy and relaxed, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with Susana again. Highly recommend!
Once again, Melissa went above and beyond for our sweet girl, Joey. I always appreciate her flexibility when we are running late, her daily updates with photos, and her way of making sure Joey feels safe, especially when we drop her off and she gets a little anxious. Can’t recommend her enough! :)

She was communicative, accommodating when our flight was delayed and we needed a later pickup, and sent adorable photo updates.
