Hi I'm Chels or Chellor! :D One of my greatest joys is providing comfy spaces for animals to call home away from home and I hope to get to know your furry family member soon! I have dog training experience including training with shelter pups to get them ready for forever homes. I have raised puppies up to senior dogs and have experience with administering meds. I also have experience with many breeds, temperaments, sizes and ages! I am home (with a tall fenced in yard!) full time creating a calm and loving space for all who enter. I have extensive sitting experience and am looking forward to helping your furry loved one feel safe, grounded and well cared for while you are away. I have a 2 year old unneutered (for now) rescue doodle, Leo, who loves all animals and is ready to both play or keep his distance if that’s more comfortable for your pet. Even though we have a yard and fence, Leo and I go for walks every day to socialize with neighborhood dogs and get extra energy out. Leo also loves to go to dog parks or hiking if our furry family member prefers!

Excellent Excellent Excellent! DaisyCash had a ball hanging out with Leo and friends! Chelsi is wonderful with my furbaby DasiyCash hardly wants to leave her. She gets all of her energy out at Chelsi house that when she comes home she sleeps like a baby all night. We love it!

Schedule
I am a stay at home mom and we love being home as a family so your furry family member won't be home alone much at all! I love hanging out outside throughout the day with my rescue doodle, Leo or we are inside where he can watch out the window, play with the ball thrower, cuddle with me as I work on my laptop or be entertained with treats and training!

Safety, trust & environment
I only have 1 dog at home. I’m working with the app to ge that corrected! For walks: I am very attentive and alert during walks and have a lot of training experience in redirecting reactive pets. I can also work on leash pulling in desired! For sitting and overnights: I have a tall fenced yard for running around in, area for water play if desired, a ball thrower for added fun, and we even train with talking buttons! Pets are allowed on furniture and beds for added comfort, but we can also hold the boundaries of no jumping on furniture if needed! I have plenty of room for a crate if your furry family member is most comfortable there and we make sure our pets aren't getting any table scraps to keep their bellies happy! If you prefer sitting at your house I am very conscious of any and all guidelines and tailoring to your pups schedule to keep things as consistent as possible.
Pets
A typical day
I take my dogs on daily walks for sniffs, socializing, and/or getting energy out. We also work with on-leash commands such as recall, sitting when seeing other dogs, and leaving it (food.) We relax inside while I work at the desk and take periodic breaks in the fenced backyard for play, training and sunshine! At night we do activities like fetch, doggie puzzles, training on talking buttons (if applicable) and running around in the backyard. We also make sure there is plenty of time throughout the day for scritches and cuddles!
