Just before my trip I found out she needed special care and they went above and beyond to make sure all her care instructions were followed. I also received lots of pics and constant updates during her stay, which was very nice and help put me at ease leaving her with a sitter. This was our first time using their services but will probably use again when needed. I recommend them for anyone who wants their pet to have all the care and attention. “Best boarding experience my pup has ever had! He’s not exactly the easiest boy to handle given how energetic he is, but after our initial meet and greet with Ashlee I had 0 concerns. She told me about the dog rescue organization she created so she definitely will give your pup the care and attention they need. She also took my dog on pack walks and long hikes around Runyon Canyon! She has so much space on her fenced off property and the sweetest dogs of her own that all played well with my pup and helped keep him busy! I genuinely believe he had a better time than I did while I was away. He came home cuddly and so tired so I know he had a blast! Would recommend her to all of my friends and everyone else reading this”

She made my girl feel right at home and sent regular pics and videos which made me feel confident about her care from start to finish. When she found a couple of fleas on my put during her stay, she was so calm and helpful working with me from afar to take care of it. I have a hard time boarding or trusting sitters to watch Phoebe (my shy, sometimes fussy, 9 yr old mini doodle) but Sarah let me set up a meet and greet first. I immediately knew Phoebe would be in good hands under Sarah’s care while I needed to be away for two days. Sarah is so warm and friendly. I also loved not having to worry if Phoebe would get along with other dogs, since she only watches one dog at a time. Sarah sent me an update the next morning, with a picture of Phoebe lounging on a chair, which gave me added peace of mind that Phoebe was comfortable in her home too. I would definitely call her again to watch Phoebe in the future and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent and responsible sitter. Thank you Sarah!

Madelaine was amazing! She was super nice and sent daily updates with photos of my dog, which I really appreciated. Truffle looked so happy the whole time. I have a 10 year old English bulldog who is high maintenance due to his chronic allergies and skin irritations. Paloma took amazing care of our Ollie baby for a week, tracking his allergies, staying on top of his medications and providing him love and attention. She was so patient and loving even with all of his ailments. When you have a high maintenance dog, it’s hard not to stress about finding a care taker who doesn’t view your pup as a burden - Paloma watched Ollie in a way where we were able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. Karen was absolutely fantastic with Mack for his 24-hour boarding! He made the drop-off super smooth and sent the cutest updates and photos throughout the day, which completely eased my mind while I was away. Mack clearly had a blast—he came home happy, exhausted in the best way, and obviously got tons of love, playtime, and attention. His home felt warm, safe, and perfectly dog-friendly. Karen’s warmth and genuine care for pets made this such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend— he’s a total gem! We’ll be back for sure. 5 stars! 🐶❤️
Alene is great! This is my second time booking with her and Sammy always seems to have the best time. She sends me daily pictures and keeps me updated throughout his stay. Sammy has some health concerns due to his age, and Alene is always so helpful in keeping an eye out for it and keeping me updated.
