I’ve had dogs my whole life and have also dog sat and fostered dogs in the past, all around I love dogs. I have experience with puppies-large dogs and mostly work from home so can give them lots of attention and potty breaks + walks. When I am not here, my roommate usually is. I’m open to last-minute bookings due to my flexible schedule and also am always by my phone and very communicative, willing to give regular updates, pics and FaceTime if wanted :) love taking dogs on beach walks, hikes, and outdoor time especially on weekend s

I have a 10 year old English bulldog who is high maintenance due to his chronic allergies and skin irritations. Paloma took amazing care of our Ollie baby for a week, tracking his allergies, staying on top of his medications and providing him love and attention. She was so patient and loving even with all of his ailments. When you have a high maintenance dog, it’s hard not to stress about finding a care taker who doesn’t view your pup as a burden - Paloma watched Ollie in a way where we were able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. Thank you so much Paloma ❤️❤️❤️. We look forward to booking you again!

My dog Ruby absolutely loves Paloma. She celebrates her as much as she celebrates when she sees me. Paloma is kind, lovely and great at picking up the Ruby’s clues. I completely trust Paloma and feel like I can enjoy my trip knowing that my fur baby is well and having fun.
Paloma is a pet lover and a very responsible one. She’s been helping us with our dog for a couple of years now and our dog loves playing with her and going on walks. She’s very calm and a pleasure to have around.

Paloma is a very special sweet person who deeply loves and cares for animals. She recently helped a local shelter by giving care and housing for a 3-year-old dog until it was placed with a family. Paloma is very responsible and would do a great job providing care for your doggie.

Schedule
I work part time in a neuroscience lab since I recently graduated from UCLA. I mostly work from home and if I go out, it’s usually for about 4-5 hours max. Most weeks, most days of the week work for me.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a pretty spacious bottom-floor apt that is part of an older house that got split up. Nice garden and grass 5 feet from our front door. Plus a great neighborhood for walking. I’m willing to help with any meds or special care (I have a biomedical background, and have experience with medical dog care from previous pets/foster) also able to go on walks a few times a day ( I am an early riser).
A typical day
Many many walks, playing with toys, running around, tv entertainment and music as well (love music on the speaker daily), looking out the window to bark at the mailman together.
