“Isabella was such a fantastic host to my dog, Laika. She met me at the park across from her apartment for a meet and greet with another dog she was watching. She then took the extra time to make sure the dogs were getting along and interacted with Laika to get to know her a bit. While Isabella was watching Laika for me, she frequently sent me pictures of Laika and sent me updates about her walks, her going to the bathroom, her mental state, and wether or not she was eating, which shows how much she cares. When I went to pick up Laika, she had left a little toy in the bag for her which Laika loved! She and her husband Robin also encouraged me to try to train Laika to stop pulling during walks instead of using the prong collar which I have been using (and hating) for the past 5 years. I have been training Laika for the past three days and she is pulling A LOT less when on her regular collar, so bye-bye to the prong collar! I really appreciate how caring Isabella was and how well she took care of Laika. I will definitely ask her to watch Laika for me anytime I'm in town.”

She even cooked homemade treats for our pup and cuddles with her on the couch as if she’s her own! We can’t say enough great things about her and appreciate all she does for our dog when there.”

“Jess and Max were very flexible with drop-off and pick up. Our dog is a very nervous and anxious dog but they made sure to give her space for the first day, which helped a lot. Our dog eventually warmed up quickly to them. Jess and Max were extremely communicative and gave pictures/updates at least twice a day! Will for sure use them again.”

She was always in communication and gave me regular updates and pictures. She even gifted us some cat food after finding that he was trying to steal it from her cat. Very thoughtful especially since sometimes it can be very tricky to find something your cat will eat! Nicola spent a lot of time with him and have him a lot of attention, which I very much appreciate as it can be sad to leave your pet for so long! She was also flexible with pick up and drop off, and her home is beautiful and both comfortable and fun for a cat to explore.
