About: I'm a virtual mental health counselor with a soft spot for both cats and dogs, offering compassionate therapy while embracing the company of my four-legged companions. As a mental health counselor, I'm deeply passionate about providing support and care for my clients while also nurturing cats and dogs with equal enthusiasm and compassion. Pet care is genuinely part of my everyday life. I work part-time from home as a mental health counselor and photobooth owner, so I create my own flexible schedule around pets. I care for pets like beloved VIP houseguests, following routines closely, keeping spaces clean, bringing calm and positive energy, and making sure every pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable.
“Didi watched our home and dachshund this past weekend and we were in great hands. She gave us daily updates and it was obvious when we got back that he loved spending time with her. Highly recommend her! Thanks Didi. :)”

“Dana was phenomenal with Stewie! She sent us regular updates and was quick to answer questions when we checked in. Stewie was totally at ease when we got home (didn't even jump up to run to the door). We would highly recommend Dana to watch your pup, we will certainly be using her again!!”
About: I just genuinely love animals and hanging out with them. I am up to any challenge and will follow instructions and go beyond expectations! Happy to help. I am currently consistently working part - time and am an artist so there’s a lot of open time in my schedule! I am to working with your schedule. I take pictures of the doors being locked and stove being off every day just so we are on the same page for safety. I also send pictures of pets each day and communicate each day! I will upload all files into a shared drive for the both of us.
“Kimberly is truly the sweetest human! She took such great care of Goldie and was extremely communicative while we were away. I can’t recommend her enough and will absolutely be asking her to take care of Goldie again.”

“This was our second time having Katy stay at our home and watch our pup and it went as smoothly as the first time. She returns the house better than we left it and our dog has the best time with her! We will continue to book her in the future”

About: I’ve been caring for animals my entire life and started helping take care of my family’s dogs when I was about 7 years old. Over the years, I’ve also pet sat for family members and friends, caring for dogs, cats, fish, and chickens. This experience has made me comfortable with a wide range of animals, routines, and care needs. I’m patient, reliable, and very communicative, making sure pets and their parents feel secure. I have a flexible schedule as I am a student at UCLA in my 4th year. I have a very open class schedule along with working in a research lab. The safety of your pet is the highest priority when being with them. I have expereinced a variety of settings and pets. I will make sure they are in a clean, safe, and secure environment, following all of the directions you provide. I will communicate any questions and concerns I have right away to assure your trust.
“Jojo is amazing to work with. She was great with our puppy Moose and sent fun and frequent updates during our trip. Our three year old daughter looked forward to them every day. She also took excellent care of our house and went above and beyond leaving some fresh fruit for our young daughter to make sure she had breakfast when we returned. Highly recommend!”

“Sabrina is fantastic! Penny Lane was so happy, healthy and safe when we returned from our trip, and that is the sign we left her in great hands - Sabrina is thoughtful, and courteous; I looked forward each day to her daily photo updates while she was dog/apartment sitting with Penny :)”

“First time Rover user but a super experience. Housesat for a week and my lab got areal vacation. Long walks and attention to the pet. I liked the constant communication with pictures and eating schedule. Several meds were given daily and confirmed dosed. Her price is on the higher end but worth the service experience. Already signed up for second round of service.”
“I’m so happy Robert came to stay with our pets while we were away. Not only is he responsible and trust worthy, he is exceptional with animals. He has a very calm demeanor and is dedicated to giving the best care possible. We have an 8 week old puppy, two cats and fish. I don’t have extensive knowledge on puppy care, being a first time dog owner. Robert took it upon himself to research in order to set her up for success. I felt like Robert taught me so much just from his own interest in providing the best care for our pup that he could. Every time I saw Robert with our animals on our way in and out he was always so engaged with them. He was very communicative while we were away, sending photos and updates. He woke up throughout the night to make sure our puppy was let out to relieve herself. He made sure our cats were in before sunset to avoid coyotes. The one time our cat would not come in on time, he let me know and then he went out to go find her. He let me know when she was safe in her room. I’m so grateful for Robert and I know my pets are as well!”

“Easy to communicate with, took great care of our dog and was super chill. Flower (our dog) can be a challenge to get out of the house when we're not around (she gets depressed) and he still got her out and about! Will book with Heath again.”

About: I've grown up with animals my entire life! From the moment my parents surprised my brother and me with our first dog when I was 7, I've loved caring for pets of all kinds. Since I was 10, I've been trusted by neighbors, friends, and family to walk, feed, and love their dogs and cats while they're away. I'm an animal lover through and through, and I treat every pet as if they were my own-making sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while you're gone. My fiancée and I have a Beagle and we couldn’t imagine our lives without her. I work fully remotely and have flexibility to provide care all day, every day. I can provide any amount of attention and love your pet needs. I am truly an animal lover and strive to provide individualized care based on your pets’ unique needs. After graduating from UCLA a few years ago, I began helping neighbors and friends with their pets. I would love to expand my network in the community to love as many animals as possible.

“Liliana took excellent take of our pup! She had some specific care post surgery, and Liliana was very attentive to those needs and communicated well to us. Will definitely book again!”

“Natalie was a wonderful pet sitter. She took such good care of our aging poodles. She sent us photos every day. The dogs loved her. I would recommend her to anyone and hope to use her again in 2026! Jane Barack”
About: I’ve been living with dogs and cats ever since high school and have always taken care of them, food, walk, rubs, you name it. I love my fur friends! I’m currently working remote, so my schedule is pretty flexible. Let me know what you / your pet need, happy to make things work :) As for my own home, apartment is pretty spacious for short stays for dogs or cats - I have a balcony area and my complex has yard space! As for a client’s home - I’m very clean and respectful, and will always make sure the pet is taken care off. With that being said, if there are throw ups and dirt coming back from a walk, always happy to clean up!
“So happy to have found Greg through friends who booked him on Rover. It was a last minute holiday sit, he stayed at my home with my 2 year old dog who can be a bit rambunctious at times. Greg asked all the right questions - about both my home and my dog - which made me feel like everything was in great hands. He even fixed my janky doorknob when it fell off, and offered to descale my espresso machine which was overdue for a cleaning. And he sent the best updates throughout the day so I knew Enzo was having a great time. It’s the first time I’ve ever booked through Rover to have someone stay in my home, and so glad I did! Would definitely recommend. Dog and house were well taken care of!”

About: Hi, I'm Gabby! I recently moved to LA and am a long-time animal lover with many years of experience pet sitting and walking, volunteering at local animal shelters, animal rescues, and working hands on with a variety of animal species (including dolphins)! For my day job, I work remotely as a marketer for The Nature Conservancy, and I'm also a wildlife photographer and National Geographic Explorer. I'm not currently able to have pets of my own due to my travel schedule, so I’m excited to make cute furry friends! I work remotely full-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play and take care of your pups! I'm available for walks every day except Tuesdays and can be flexible with time of day. Depending on location, I am available for overnight stays most days of the week. When caring for someones pet(s), I operate on a very consistent schedule so as not to disrupt established routine. I always do a "walk through" with my client prior to pet sitting, to get to know one-another, meet the pets, ask questions, write down emergency contacts, write out schedules, and get any additional information. I'm dependable, friendly, always on time and diligent about following all directions. Because I work remotely, I have the flexibility to bring my work laptop wherever I go, and spend more time with the fur babies. I form honest and strong relationships with my clients, and am really respectful of their space. If I stay over night with a pet, I ensure the home is spotless before I leave, as I very much respect my client's homes!
Brentwood pet parents share their Rover experiences
Kimberly was ana amazing sitter for us! We had some unexpected maintenance needed and she was able to handle with no issues and was super communicative the whole time. Plus she did ana amazing job taking care of our energetic young pup and following our instructions. 100% would recommend!

My Dorothy was in the BEST hands with Gabby. She loved her. Gabby is a dog lover, very professional, sent lots of pictures and updates and the house was left clean with everything in place. My Dorothy loved her and would highly recommend Gabby! Will definitely book her again soon!!

Caroline did a wonderful job watching my babies for four days at my home!! The animals all love her so much, she took great care of them, and the house. I will definitely have her come back to watch them again next time I leave to go out of town, and highly recommend her!! :)

Alex did such a great job taking care of my cat for almost two weeks when I left on a trip. She made sure my cat took his daily vitamin/hairball med etc. Spent time playing with him, brushing him and sitting with him. She also left my place straightened up and clean at the end: taking the trash out, and having the litter-box cleaned, etc. I loved the pictures Alex sent with updates, and I could tell she is a real cat person (as well as dogs, good with animals). My cat took to her right away, and he's a good judge of character. I'd ask her to watch my cat again the next time I take a trip.

Maggie was amazing at taking care of our girl! She kept us updated on how our cat was doing and acclimating to her being around. She was attentive to our cat’s behaviors and making sure she wasn’t getting herself into trouble with items we had laying around the house when we left. Maggie made the meet and greet and end process easy, and took good care of our house when leaving at the end of the stay. Definitely recommend her to watch your fur babies!

Ximena was absolutely wonderful with our pup, Benjamin! She went above and beyond—not only taking amazing care of him, but also leaving our home as we left it. She kept us updated throughout, and it was clear how much she cared. Benjamin adored her (and definitely tested her smarts a few times 😅). We’d definitely book her again!
