Troy was completely comfortable with both of them and knew exactly what to do. He charmed the shepherd immediately (and had no problem keeping her under control while walking), and he took the time (his own!) to work with the nervous pup until she trusted him, took treats from his hand, and even went and licked him goodbye after the walk.
